“All the people I engaged with at this office were terrific. I had an issue with one of the cars (passenger seat wasn’t working), and they swapped it out no problem. They pleasantly picked me up to/from the body shop without making me wait.
My only feedback is whoever is cleaning the cars needs to remember to clean the rear view mirrors, both inside and out. Both cars I rented had very dirty mirrors where I had to clean them myself.
The rest of both cars were surprisingly clean, especially the interior—exceeding my expectations. One of the better rental experiences I’ve had anywhere!”
“Fantastic shop. They recently fixed up a wheelchair van for a family with a special needs child, which says a lot about the kind of people they are. They’ve also taken great care of our own vehicles. The shop itself is incredibly clean and organized—top-shelf operation all around. They are an asset to the community. Can’t recommend enough.”

“I ended up needing to stay in the rental more than 30 days because the body shop was hanging onto my car without doing anything on it. My insurance coverage had ran out. But the Kirkland enterprise was very gracious and allowed me to stay in the rental without getting paid. The body shop ended up paying them as they should do since they held onto my car for 30 days doing nothing on it and never communicated this with me. I only found out because I contacted them asking for a status update. Thank you, Kirkland Enterprise!”

“We made reservations for a mini-van well before the date it was required. We received multiple communications confirming the reservation and on the pick-up day the vehicle was ready within minutes of our arrival. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition and performed without any issues.”
“I had a good experience, renting a car here. They tried to get me to buy all the extra stuff that you don’t really need, but I guess that’s typical for a car sales company. I was able to get a car even after coming a little bit late to my reservation, and then returned it with no issues. I was able to get a small car that didn’t really have a huge trunk, which was my preference.”
“We came from san jose to Washington for a visit for the holiday. We rent a car from this location and we took a car for a drive to our place a day after but as swoon as we put a defense on in immediate time the front window of the cars got a big crack starting from the bottom all the way more than 1/2 way. We were hesitant to drive the car back from Christmas light at the park our family we were thinking it might break and glass might come to our face during the drive back home. That event runner our next day event and missed it because we were not comfortable driving a car with broken windshield. We were trying to call the branch but you guys were closed in Sunday so strewing out over the entire situation and who should we call to come and fix it we have my other son-in-law look up for and find out that Kirkland branch were open so my other son-in-law call the branch and they were open and those process takes about hours and we finally changed the car and he gave us $110 discount for the inconvenience but some times inconvenience will running your entire plan especially when you are from different stat so we decided not to go out and stay home and the new car never being used and all it was a horrible memory of it. When we returned the the car in the day off returning gentleman Ben asked hope everything work out after that bad luck and I asked him if I can express my opinion in regards of the entire situation and that was then Ben gave us the full amount back and that created the environment that wow! Someone actually understood and have an emotional feeling for our family and trip here to Settle. Ben action makes it all different. That small gesture made us all happy and we were never forgotten his kindness and understanding and professionalism. I like to say his actions was above and beyond and he is a keeper! I would like to thanks Ben from all of our families from San Jose to Seattle!”
“First, make sure you travel to the Ground floor, park your car & then inside the building deeply hunt for their office inside (located at G floor). Staff is friendly, but do not expect a drop off or pick up facility from them.”

“The company in general works horribly, but there is a driver that I want to talk about who has given me rides for the past year about five or six times. I want to thank the organization for this driver - Henry Arzumanyan. During each ride, Henry's car was absolutely clean inside and out. He opens a car door each time for a client and always acts very kindly and respectfully. In my experience with him as a professional driver, he was never late and was always driving safely. “Horrible service picking up the car. Lady at the preferred service queue shouting to our face and not being helpful at all, sending us away without even asking what the situation was while we queued up twice for over 30 minutes. We spent a total of 2 hours just trying to pick up our car because of this.
Edit: changed this review from 1 to 4 stars. The lady who eventually helped us upstairs was fantastic, very customer focused and gave us a free upgrade. Additionally, the experience returning the car was super fast and when I asked for my receipt to be printed it didn’t even take a minute.”
