I was able to call Zadart and they helped me on the spot to figure out a car that fit my wedding budget and were flexible when I had to keep it for an extra day! I highly recommend them. “I can't say enough good things about this Enterprise location. I'm allergic to the cleaning products that they use in rental cars and they took the time to help me find a minivan that worked for me. The car was clean and easy to drive. Pickup and drop off were relaxed, they allowed us to extend our rental period with no problem. David and Jamon were especially great and deserve raises!”

“We have been using Costco Travel for a year now. First trip was on our bucket list for several years. Fiji all inclusive Yasawa Resort and Spa was a week long dream world. Tied with Bora bora for the most delightful places we have visited. The cost was so worth the price!
Our second trip was to Cancun, Fiesta Americano was excellent. Great food and all the employees were really beyond what we could have expected! After the trip we got a gift card for $139!
Our next trip is already paid for to Dominican Republic, for our 37th anniversary in May. And we get another gift card back when we return to Boise.
Having a executive membership and using their travel services ,you can't get a better deal anywhere! We have used several companies in the last 30 years of traveling.
If you are a member you really need to try Costco Travel, you will not regret it!”

“Shout out to Lou at the Hertz Kirkland location for outstanding customer service. After receiving a different class of vehicle than I reserved from the SeaTac Hertz location, I had a difficult time getting assistance and was unable to reach anyone by phone. Lou stepped up, took ownership of the situation, and helped find a replacement vehicle that better fit my needs, especially for navigating and parking in downtown Seattle garages. Really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help when others would not.”
