“I stopped into the Kirkland branch to make some changes to our accounts due to an estate plan that we have. The estate plan required FDPOA and other documents to filed to meet the requirement of the estate plan. The process did take some time work through as there were several steps that needed to be completed. Othellon worked diligently and professionally to make sure that all of the documents and requirements were accurately followed. He was very personable and had an interest in making sure that we were satisfied that our goals and expectations were met.
