We just picked our ring up exactly 1 week after dropping it off, exactly on time as estimated. The resizing is flawless and the ring fits perfectly and looks like it was never even altered. Incredible work and amazing staff.

I can’t say enough good things about the entire crew they have. they’re welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely make you feel taken care of. My piercer was amazing and made the whole experience so comfortable.
I’m ranting now but whatreally blew me away was how little the piercings hurt. I’ve had several piercings over the years, and these were by far the least painful I’ve ever gotten before and after. Says a lot about the piercer’s skill and technique.
