“It was an absolute joy working with Laksmi and the Valerie Madison team. I had an engagement ring idea in mind and they brought it to life. I loved the way they were very accommodating and were also able to meet my tight timeline request. There was superb communication throughout the entire process. We communicated once via video call and then mostly via email throughout the remainder of the project. When I was back and forth between a few options, Laksmi was able to give me good advice and provide example photos to give me a better idea of how things would turn out. I am very satisfied with the custumer service and my fiancée and I are both very happy with the outcome of the engagement ring. My fiancée thinks it is even better than the inspiration photos. “Absolutely fantastic experience with Raffi getting a repair on a tennis chain with a broken prong and a missing stone. The price was extremely fair, and the turnaround was reasonable at about a week.
The repair is flawless - I can't even find where the repair was even knowing there was one done in the first place, and the stone is a perfect match with the existing ones. Not to mention, I had an audible reaction at how *clean* he had made the necklace. I barely recognized it!

Mary expertly evaluated the ring, and helped us determine what was needed to tune it up so it could be used by our son to propose. She separated the band, made minor adjustments to the setting, re-sized it, and polished it up. We were thrilled with her expert advice, and seeing the final result was so meaningful and special! “I always find something to get here. It's full of interesting and unexpected things. There are a lot of curiosities and museam-like cases full of oddities and off the wall things you wouldn't find anywhere else. They've got the usual tourist knick knacks and toys too, so there's truly something for everyone. It's always very crowded though, so be prepared to dodge a crowd. Great experience overall, highly recommend.”

Today, I walked into Turgeon looking at PP, as it’s a natural progression and my dream legacy for timepieces to leave for my daughters. I walked into and immediately Jane greeted me and I advised that I’m from Florida and simply looking at Patek pieces and understand the process. She was the kindest, most genuine sales person. I’ve spent 15+ years with my AD in Florida and anyone who interacts with Jane here is lucky. She genuinely made my day; even though she’s not able to sell to my region, didn’t stop her from being a great person.
