Kim was so patient with my never ending ideas, thoughts, and emails, and in fact he was just as excited as I was. I always want to support local artists and people like Kim remind me why. In a world of commercialization, trends, and cheap tactics, it was wonderful to work with someone as passionate as Kim to create something of True value. By the time the ring was completed, I had not only received a ring better than I could have ever imagined, but also made a new friend who I will be working with hopefully many times in the future. “Ronald is his name, Rogers is his last name. He is a genius. He doesn't like to answer stupid questions and texting is the best way to contact him, don't leave long messages, his time is valuable(he does love watches and clocks for goodness sakes)! All that said, he helped me resize a band for my wife's birthday present(a very important Bulova watch from her grandmother)and it turned out beautifully, he even showed me how to do it myself to fine tune the fit! He also changed the battery and set the time on a very important but almost worthless minnie watch for her as well(pictured). If you are just looking for info to then buy something online, go somewhere else. If you truly need a craftsman and a master of a dying art see Ron!!!”

The ring turned-out perfect. This summer I decided to replace the center stone with a higher quality diamond than I could afford when I originally had it fabricated. Justine was very prompt, helpful and friendly. She found a great diamond, meeting all my criteria, exactly on budget, and my wife loves it. I highly recommend Fox's.”

Been working with Yi, as a first time client with Ben Bridge & she was able to track down a Rolex for myself in less than six (6) months & was an absolute breeze to work with throughout the process. As a nervous first time purchaser - she walked myself thru every step of the process, told me to keep my chin up throughout the wait and eventually we'd be able to track down a watch at MSRP, which in 2023 can be a definite challenge. “Excellent service at the Lahina ))and the Bellevue stores. High quality jewelry not inexpensive but quality and service make it worth it. They are " The real deal. ". My story- The earrings i bought in Lahina needed adjustment. I called Bellevue and the staff were extremely helpful even - I was not even buying anything. I went back to add a pendant a few months later. Today i completed the set with a ring - staff again very helpful with matching the color- offered to send a gold ring with the correct color pearl to the factory with the white gold ring i wanted to switch the pearls and to size it without additional charge. I know that nothing is "free" but the service, the fact that they remembered me 5 months later and being gracious counts!”

“Huge selection of handmade jewelery. Lots of cool, interesting designs with a ton of different materials and gemstones. I really enjoyed the selection and felt the pieces had a lot more character than what you would find at retail chains.When you go, expect that the owner might be a little rude or brusk with you. This is a true mon-and-pop shop and the dude doesn't give af. He was a mix of brash, nice, rude, funny, and helpful when I went. He helped me resize a couple of times, joked with me, and told me he had been selling jewelry there for 49 years. This ain't Tiffany's or Chick-fil-A, its an old grumpy asian man who makes/sells jewelery, take it or leave it.”
