The service is noted for being flexible and customer service first oriented. Dogs are not put in a cage for hours waiting; rather, they are groomed immediately. Owners are called as soon as their pet is ready, approximately 1.5 to 2 hours later. This great service and exceptional customer care provide tremendous value. They are perfectionists, ensuring each dog is wonderfully groomed, even pets with specific needs or who have had bad grooming experiences elsewhere. Many customers consider them a forever groomer for their four-legged family members, stating it would be hard to find a better spot in the Puget Sound area.

They do a fantastic job on Fenway! He is a corgi and needs to be groomed a certain way and they are perfectionist! Will always take him back.

This was our second time taking Han and they have done an amazing job both times! He comes home free of mats and with super fluffy hair. Would highly recommend them!
