Scruff To Fluff is widely regarded as the best groomer in Kirkland. Reviewers describe their experience as perfection each and every time. The groomers are amazing and amazingly good at what they do, taking their job very seriously. They handle every animal as if it were their very own and have a wonderful way with the dogs, who are clearly loved and pampered during their visit.
The service is noted for being flexible and customer service first oriented. Dogs are not put in a cage for hours waiting; rather, they are groomed immediately. Owners are called as soon as their pet is ready, approximately 1.5 to 2 hours later. This great service and exceptional customer care provide tremendous value. They are perfectionists, ensuring each dog is wonderfully groomed, even pets with specific needs or who have had bad grooming experiences elsewhere. Many customers consider them a forever groomer for their four-legged family members, stating it would be hard to find a better spot in the Puget Sound area.
They are the best groomers. I rescue dogs. Most of them their first experience with groomers. Scared nervous. They make it great experience for them. Also dogs I take their first are tangled they are in mess. I have tried so many different groomers before I found them 5 star !!!
