My story- The earrings i bought in Lahina needed adjustment. I called Bellevue and the staff were extremely helpful even - I was not even buying anything. I went back to add a pendant a few months later. Today i completed the set with a ring - staff again very helpful with matching the color- offered to send a gold ring with the correct color pearl to the factory with the white gold ring i wanted to switch the pearls and to size it without additional charge. I know that nothing is "free" but the service, the fact that they remembered me 5 months later and being gracious counts!”

“I was on my first trip to the US from Australia, when I saw this shop. There is an overwhelming collection of Jade stuff. Original jade is hard to come by in Brisbane.The owner was this very elderly gentleman who helped me pick a ring cos that's what I wanted. It's a beautiful translucent one that almost glows in the sunlight. On more than one occasion, I felt (and still feel), that it has almost magical powers to heal pain. That's just me. However this is the first time I observed this, despite my small collection of so called very powerful crystals. Something comes close to this might be the Auralite 23 that I got from Crystal Council website.I wish they sold online and overseas. I will have to travel once more to this store from Australia. Should have got more stuff. I really didn't expect this place to sell such beautiful and potentially powerful stuff. I'm just a novice and this was incredible.”
