“I could not have imagined better service. I had to get a jump to get my car over to Napa. I was ready to buy a new battery, I got the the quote then ask if we could check the battery power. Upon testing the battery was good, post just needed a good cleaning. They provided the tools, I cleaned it and was set. Furthermore I asked if they had any bars or snacks to sell for my daughter who waited patiently in the car, they had nothing to sell. A minute later another team member brought out an otter pop for my kid.
BIG appreciation to PJ and the guys a Napa. It was a rough day and could have been a lot worse if it was not for them.
