“Wonderful experience at R & R. Mckenzie was great to work with and super knowledgable about everything. Mckenzie was familiar with the insurance company paying for the repairs, local rental cars and was very upfront about the timeline. I felt great leaving my car there! I appreciated the communication throughout the process and my car was done earlier than expected! It looks great!!!”

“Caden was very helpful with the problems I was having with my trailer. Logan also helped me fix the locks for the storage doors. I will continue to go to Open Road RV for all my trailer needs. These are great people to work with!! Thank you for being helpful and available when I call on the phone or stop by, in person, when I am in Ellensburg.”

“I had to replace The bumper on my Audi Q5 recently due to a rear ending. Dealing with Allstate was an absolute nightmare, but the owners of pro star collision, Justin and Staci, were extremely professional and patient as I navigated getting my insurance to pay for the entirety of the repair. The replacement bumper looks amazing and my car was given back to me in brand new condition. The interior and exterior of my car was completely detailed beautifully! I so appreciate the honest communication and excellent work that ProStar provided for me! I highly recommend them!”

“I could not have imagined better service. I had to get a jump to get my car over to Napa. I was ready to buy a new battery, I got the the quote then ask if we could check the battery power. Upon testing the battery was good, post just needed a good cleaning. They provided the tools, I cleaned it and was set. Furthermore I asked if they had any bars or snacks to sell for my daughter who waited patiently in the car, they had nothing to sell. A minute later another team member brought out an otter pop for my kid. BIG appreciation to PJ and the guys a Napa. It was a rough day and could have been a lot worse if it was not for them. Thank you. Erik”

“The AutoZone Auto Parts is an absolutely great place. John, the manager, is so helpful, insightful, and informative. He went above and beyond the required. Jacob, an associate, also is so helpful, insightful, and informative. He also went above and beyond the required “job.” I am from Kansas and was “passing through” when I had car problems. The whole team are just amazing beyond words.”

“They had great staff who were helpful in getting me what I needed, and even recommended getting a rental tool instead of selling me a 80 dollar tool I will use once.”
