“I would totally recommend Jimi for anyone that is stuck in a untimely position, a nack for an informative experience with incredible customer service, and or just needs a great dependable hard working experienced mechanic that is willing to go above and beyond for you. He's your go to! I was at one point in a rather untimely predicament a few months back and he was able to come to me at my job site to replace a serpentine belt and did it with rather ease and quickness. “We brought our truck here while on a trip when our engine started flashing check engine light.
They had an opening right away and had someone ran diagnostics. They were very courteous and did a thorough job to try to find the root cause. Turns out it was non-issue and I was on my way soon enough with a very reasonable charge. And the whole time I was towing a trailer!”

“Great place to go to get windshields replaced/fixed. Owner was super helpful even when the manufacturer was unable to ship the window for my specific car. Replaced my wives windshield after a previous mobile job started leaking. Highly reccoemend!”
“Blew a trailer tire on our Uhaul luckily right outside of town on I-90 and once Uhaul dispatched them they came within 30 minutes. Quickly swapped out the tire and another for safety.

“On this past March 12 ,2024 I was about 3 hrs in to my trip on my way back to Colorado when my Check Engine light started blinking.
Panicked, I pulled off to a town named Ellensburg.
Calling mechanic after mechanic, no one could see me.
I was crying and terrified , I tried calling the next towns mechanic to see if I could get there.
He said don't do that, don't drive the car. He said stay put and I'll make some calls to a mechanic I know there.
They called me back and explained they couldn't see me either but did I try Eastside Auto, I said no but let me call.
I called and Lou answered.
I explained my situation to Lou who told me to come on over.
He was closed and workng on his garage that day cleaning but took the time for me.
5 months earlier in Tennessee I had my spark plugs replaced in a 98 Ford Expidition . Did everything I knew to get my vehicle ready for a long trip.
When Lou ran the test to see what the codes were, we were surprised it was indicating spark plugs.
Lou , as most mechanics, gave an audible sigh of the thought at having to get to these plugs as they were behind the engine.
But that didn't stop him.
He found two that had not been replaced at all!
Lou could have told me to come back he was busy.
He could have trusted the other mechanic did his job and not checked.
He could have taken advantage and over charged me, but he didn't.
He worked outside in the cold and finished.
Lou is a mechanic like No Other I have meant or heard of.
He explained everything.
He was not condescending or dismissive at my questions.
I coined the phrase "hippie mechanic" for Lou.
He wrote down everything and had me take pictures of the old plugs for the original mechanic so I would get reimbursed. (Which i Did ! After much arguing and threatening legal action)
Lou is incredibly knowledgeable !
But most of all Kind.
I will be forever grateful for Lou .
And by the way, my car ran great and got me home.
