Called me mid way thru the repair to alert me to one new issue so they could fix it while they were already in there - they even gave me a loner car for a couple of days so I could still get around. Not only were they friendly, fast and responsive, but Dean himself is an incredibly kind human who was a complete pro. Can’t recommend him or the company enough. While I don’t wish a flat tire (or worse) on anyone, if the time comes, call Dean!”
“The people at this shop are amazing!! They are very honest in diagnosing engine issues and will do what they can to get you where you need to be. Unfortunately, my truck needs a new engine, so it wasn't cost effective to get a replacement. They personally helped me get to the rental car place and now I'm home. “I can’t say enough good things about D & M Automotive! My alternator quit while I was driving on I-90, leaving me stranded and needing a tow. I had my vehicle towed to D & M, arriving around noon, and Sam was absolutely fantastic from the moment I walked in.
Despite the unexpected repair and short notice, Sam was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem, replace the alternator, and have me back on the road by 5:30 PM — all in the same day! What really stood out was that Sam even stayed late so I could pick up my vehicle and get back on the road.
When you’re stranded on the side of the highway, you really appreciate a shop that treats you like a person instead of just another customer. Sam went above and beyond to make a stressful situation as easy as possible.
