“Years ago, a different Enterprise soured me on Enterprise for life by charging my credit card put on file for taxes and incidentals in the middle of the night eleven months after the rental for an unpaid amount that was due from the body shop not me. Anyway they earned one of the very few one star reviews I have ever written. This Enterprise was a pleasant surprise. The enterprise nearest me didn't have cars available when I needed one and kindly let me know to try this location. I was in a car accident and the other person's insurance sent me to Enterprise. This location got me a car quickly, communicated with me when they were told my rental would be due and were very helpful in letting me drop the vehicle off at the body shop just prior to closing on a Friday so the car had to sit til Monday morning for a pick up. They even called me to let me know they got paid and had returned my security deposit. All in all, they are not my first choice for car rental but it did make me feel more confident in using them if needed.”

“This particular Budget location was the closest available car rental office for the hotel I was staying at in Lacey. They will not pick you up from your hotel, so I chose to walk, as it was less than a mile. It turns out this location is also not very far from the transportation depot, and surprisingly the buses in Lacey are free. This Budget location is in a relatively quiet area, not really right next to anything, so I'm not sure where their business actually comes from. I got a pretty good rate by booking in advance online, and had no particular problems once I was able to actually get there.”
“I am so grateful to the lovely ladies at Enterprise car rental. I've not rented a car in over 20 years as I've never had to before and now I'm starting to travel at 61 years old and it's a whole New World and quite scary. I have to be so grateful to Mikaila who helped me book my reservation. She was so graceful, taking time with me with all my nervousness as I had gotten the date wrong and had to call back. She was so kind and understanding and never made me feel stupid or weird. I was very grateful for that! I can't wait to go with Enterprise as I heard they were a really good facility and so I am glad for that. I'm also grateful to Olivia who spoke to me the day before she also took a lot of time with me was very patient and understanding. In this line of work people have to be kind and understanding because it's a lot not everyone is super high tech or quick on their feet when it comes to booking vacations and trips. I'm very grateful to these two girls and I would say nothing but good things about this rental car agency as I am planning on having a wonderful experience with them.”
