They are patient and very nice to you. Security, it's around there and you feel safe there, or at least your stuff is maybe. I didn't have any problems with them. Very clean environment.

The facility here, along with the staff, are absolutely wonderful in my opinion. I kept my car inside one of their storage units for a year and throughout the entire time I felt like my belongings were safe and well protected.
