“I purchased 4 tires online and stated I wanted tubes installed because the wheels were spoke wheels. After I dropped off my tires I found they had not ordered tubes to be installed.After I picked up my tires the first day I had two that were flat due to no tube. After reintegrating dropped Ft the tires and advised I wanted tubes installed. When I got up the next morning two more were flat. I told them again and they finally installed tubes in all 4 tires plus the spare.
They should have known that with wire wheels a tube is required. The customer service was great with the exception of this issue.”
“I got an alert on my car that my tire pressure was low. When I went to fill up one of the back tires, I noticed a screw was in it. Took it to Rodriguez tire repair and they were able to repair it successfully in a really quick amount of time. Will be going back for future tire needs.”

“I had a flat tire on my F150 and dropped the tire off at Les Schwab for repair. When I came back later with my truck I asked if they could put the tire back on and they happily did. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Not only did they fix the tire quickly but they also put my spare back into the truck bed which I honestly was not expecting.
To top it off they did not even charge me for the service. I am beyond impressed with their customer service and the kindness they showed throughout the entire process. This kind of experience is why everyone should buy their tires at Les Schwab. Thank you for the outstanding service.”
“Nate saved the day.... on a Sunday.... AT CLOSING! Southbound I-5 on my way home I got a large screw in my tire, stuck in traffic I would not have made it 7 miles to get home. I pulled into the tire center at 5:55, they closed at 6:00 (I'm not normally that person), Nate looked at my tire and they were closing so he wouldnt be able to fix it tonight but offered to put my spare on. He was so kind and his willingness to help was so appreciated!!! I'll definitely be back. Thank you Nate!!!”
“The service manager, Donovan, is dedicated to provide complete 100% vehicle service customer satisfaction. I was in desperate need for a starter to be replaced on my vehicle. One call to Firestone, and my worries disappeared. Upon arrival to Firestone Donovan immediately made a phone call to get a starter delivered to Firestone. Within two hours my vehicle was repaired with a new starter. The cost of repair was reasonable with excellent customer service and quality service. “Got there just before closing needed front tires replaced badly . Told them I was on a low budget but needed two tires on the front of my car badly . Even though they were trying to close up and start there weekend they got right on my car replaced my tires with some excellent tires and gave me an awesome price knowing I was on a low budget.
