“So far I only got an inspection and quote for getting up to date with necessary maintenance for my 2007 Honda Civic. They were professional and clear about what needs attention for safety compared to other things they recommend, and they did not recommend that I get $750 work done that a national chain had suggested I desperately needed. I knew I needed tires and was very relieved when they offered 4 mid-level all-season Toyo tires with a good warranty for the same amount as the cheapest quote I got from the national chain for just 3 tires that were not as good. Im scheduled to get all of the work they recommended done this week and I will be sure to update this review if needed.”

And they charged me nothing even though I had not b bouggt the tires from them I was treated so well that I will go to them when I need my winter tires absolutely!”
“Excellent service and value. Only Firestone provides unlimited wheel alignments for the life of your vehicle. It was $254 after tax, it pays for itself after the second visit. Firestone recommends wheel alignments every 6 months.
Last year I bought 4 tires and did regular tire rotations, but forgot about wheel alignments so the wear belts were showing and had to buy 2 new tires! Lesson learned the hard way... Don't skip wheel alignments!”
