Never have I ever been to any automotive place where the men are actually gentlemen… It’s refreshing going to a place where the workers actually care. ESPECIALLY Del, he really went above and beyond for me. Really wanted my family to have a great holiday! I’m not sure if this place is Christian based, but it sure felt like it…I couldn’t be anymore happy with my decision on choosing them to work on my car…. Story time, my husband always takes me to lunch on Fridays and while we are eating he stops mid wonton soup to tell me about the experience he just had with his car repair. Literally the way he was talking sounded like old school “they just don’t make them like they used to” talk. He was so effusive about the customer service and care. (The service: Chris made the scuffed bumper shine like new in under 15 minutes… “like magic” he said)
I said, “you know you have to write a review right?” - husband says… “You do it” So here we are bickering on camera in a three part post because google limits the length of the video ?”

This recent service was due to an engine light that requires me to take it to Hyundai due to the warranty. I have been bringing my car in for at least 6 years and every single interaction I’ve had is a good one. Specifically today my car was broken into and Paolo gave me so many options as to how I could get my windows fixed despite the shop being closed throughout the weekend. This in addition to the fact Car Tender was one of the first calls I made because I knew I would immediately and very kindly be taken care of.
