“After going to several bike stores, I bought my first e-bike at Amped Adventure. Prices are comparable to other shops, and they have one of the largest selections of electric bikes to test ride. Well worth the trip to Lake Forest Park.”

“Friendly folks, fair pricing, and extremely informative!

Donald was excellent from initial consultation thru getting me on my newly tuned up bike. I know next to nothing about bikes and they made the process very straightforward and accessible for questions. Bonus points for being right off the Burke Gilman ? Excited to have a shop like this in our neighborhood.”

“I went in for a fitting and some guidance on getting into road cycling, and it was a really refreshing experience. It was great talking with someone who genuinely cares not only about performance on the bike, but also about helping riders get the most enjoyment out of it. Unlike many places that try to upsell unnecessary products or push a new frame right away, John was incredibly kind, genuine, and focused on what actually made sense for me. He has a wealth of knowledge, and I can’t see myself going anywhere else for any of my cycling needs.”

“I showed up with a need for a new battery in my electronic shifter paddle. I was able to leave the store paying only for the battery, but the labor involved was not trivial. It was good service with a nice conversation about cycling!”

“Stopped by for some parts and I was genuinely surprised with the selection and availability since I am used to shopping at the larger shops. The friendly and knowledgeable staff had me in and out in no time. I will likely continue going here as they are my local shop.”

“I purchased a second-hand electric bicycle from this store, and could not be more pleased with how the entire thing went. To cut a long story short, I've used the bike every day since I bought it.

The owner of this shop is simply awesome - extremely legit as a mechanic, and not trying to upsell you on something you don't want. He pulled out the bike he was pretty sure I would want, let me noodle around on some of the other bikes so I was also sure he was right, then customised that bike to be the most comfortable version of itself for me. He fixed a couple of little things that weren't working, and put a new seat and seat-pole on. He even moved the electric computer into KM per hour for me, which is something little I hadn't thought of but which has made a big difference to me in actually riding around.

Everything on my bike has clearly been properly and carefully serviced over its lifetime. The bike comes with literal free service for the next year, and any customer can appreciate that klind of confidence by an owner in his own skill. My bike is second hand, but it might as well be new.

His range of accessories are exactly what you're after, so once you've realised this is the guy you want to buy a bike from, it's a good idea to grab what you need. I bought the normal things, a helmet (range of sizes and shapes), a bike-lock (which he fixed to the bike seat for me), some bike bags, (which are frankly game-changing), and he took the time to show me how everything worked and set them up so I can just clip them straight onto the bike and go.

I could go on and on about how much I love the bike and how great everything was, it was just a great experience and he's a nice man, lots of knowledge and skill, local shop. This is the right shop to make such a big purchase from, I highly recommend it to everyone.”

“my back tire on my mountain bike kept going flat (even though i was just riding it on paved trails), and chuck and andy fixed it multiple times, charged me a fraction of the price since it kept happening, and eventually replaced the whole tire for less than $20 to guarantee it would stop popping. they were also very nice, and they work efficiently even when they’re busy. will definitely be back here for future maintenance!”

“We live right near here and they are always the best whenever I'm in need. Today, they went above and beyond tuned up my toddler’s Woom bike in 10 minutes for no charge. Appreciate y'all!”

“R+E built my road bike about 14 years ago. I haven't thought about them since, until I brought it in for service this week. Which is to say, other than basic home maintenance, this bike has been humming along for 12k miles with no trouble. That was a good investment.”

“I needed replacement Campy brake and shifter cables for my back wheel and was happy to be able to buy just those two cables from Branford Bike, rather than having to get a set of four cables and housings from an online store. I'd called ahead to see if the cables were available, and when I showed up, they were sitting on the counter, ready for me. The person working was also helpful and supportive of me in my first attempt to really work on my bike myself, which I appreciated.”

“I’m a new e-bike owner and have had a handful of “wait what?” moments, and this shop has been incredible every single time. Fast, friendly, fairly priced, and they actually helped with the small stuff without making me feel like I was wasting their time. That kind of attentiveness is rare and it genuinely makes a difference when you’re still learning the ropes.”

“The guys who work at 2020 are genuinely so kind and helpful. If I have a question about how to fix something on my bike, they often teach me how to fix it myself! I never feel like I’m asking dumb questions. I’m a big fan of this place.”

“Five stars isn’t enough.

When I started looking for a new bike, Joseph took the time to understand my goals instead of simply trying to sell me something. He guided me to a Stinner Carrizo Podium that fits me so well it completely disappears beneath me when I’m riding—the highest compliment I can give a bike.

Three months later I’ve put over 1,300 miles on it, completed several long endurance rides, including a 129-mile training ride, and I’ve been amazed by how comfortable and confidence-inspiring it has been. Not a single ache or pain. Every mile has reinforced that Joseph got it exactly right.

The entire experience at Cascade Bicycle Studio reflected genuine expertise and care. Even other experienced cyclists have stopped to admire the bike and the quality of the build, which speaks to the attention to detail throughout the process.

I’m preparing to ride Seattle to Portland in a single day this year, and I have complete confidence in both my bike and the decision Joseph helped me make.

If you’re looking for people who truly listen, care about getting you on the right bike, and stand behind their recommendations, I can’t recommend Joseph and Cascade Bicycle Studio highly enough. They didn’t just sell me a bike—they made a lasting difference in my cycling journey.”

“Kirkland Bicycles are amazing. They have better customer service than anyone I know. They are very polite and friendly and also offer great service. I would go here for any kind of bike and ebike purchase. I can’t recommend enough.”

“I only have experience ordering online, and email interactions so far. I needed parts for a new bike, and they got them shipped and out to me way faster than I expected with some extra bike related swag, which they totally did not have to do. I *wish* they were my local bike shop but I'm several hundred miles down south in SF Bay area.

Customer service above and beyond. I hope to visit them in person next trip to Seattle to thank them for being awesome.

(Note because I ordered online, I guess this applies to all Seattle Electric Bike locations and staff).”

“I have been going to Gregg’s since I was a kid. The quality of service has always been very high, whether it was getting fitted for and buying my Heckler in the early 2000s, getting my Schwinn Sting Ray and Peddle Power BMX bikes serviced in the mid to late ‘70s, or building my Tarmac. I always get treated like royalty and it’s a pleasure doing business with them.”

“Absolutely brilliant. Harvey, Hani, and Michael run a very tight ship. Not only are their parts prices great, but their repair and service costs are very reasonable. Thay also sell very nice bikes and ebikes. Highly recommend!”

“Solid bike service - their mechanics are really skilled. They were able to fix a tweaked back wheel (including rotor) on a Transition Spur - and turned it around quickly (with fair price)”

“Greggs is the best, such good costumer service. They have dealt with all the paper work getting a bike replaced via warranty. Thank you! I praise your shop anytime someone is in the bike market”

“My bike goes in, depleted in brake pads and looking well used, comes out looking brand new, like I just purchased it. Mike and his team are professional no-nonsense practitioners that I trust completely. Thanks guys.”
