“The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their store. The only downside is what the company website claims is in stock or even carried is almost always wrong. This is fourth time I've gone to this location and the fourth time Ace's website was completely wrong. The knowledge and courtesy of their staff more than makes up for their online service but it doesn't mean my projects get done.”
305 W McGraw St, Seattle WA 98119
“Everything you need from a hardware store and staff can direct you to every item and can give professional advice on everything and suggest what is best. Great place with fair prices if you value your time Vs big stores.”
11200 120th Ave NE, Kirkland WA 98033
“Awesome place. Got recommended by a friend to go here. They have everything you need. The guys there are really nice and very knowledgable. He helped me find a stainless steel set screw for my wood working project and helped recommend what was the best way to tackle it by getting me the right length. Putting this place in my favorites for my next project.”

“All the staff members I’ve interacted with here have been so friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming here for a couple years and the whole team consistently asks how they can help and directs me to whatever I need. They’ve helped me figure out everything from lawn irrigation to wiring issues. Lucky to have them in the neighborhood.”
4910 15th Ave NW, Seattle WA 98107
“Love this place and as usual when needing an assortment of stainless screws for my boat, I found everything I needed and more. Stoneway is an institution and while I am sad they closed the Stone Way location, I am happy to make my way to Ballard when I need a somewhat obscure part. Great staff as well.”
22803 44th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace WA 98043
“am not a handy person but have been trying to do some things on my own and with the help of Dave from Ace, I have been successful. For every kind of project I have had or with help needed with specific parts or drills, he has provided excellent guidance. He is kind, warm, and listens carefully to what I need and even seeks more guidance from other staff to get a second opinion. I do not write very many reviews but Dave is exceptional and I wanted to commend him and his service. What a gem.”
11630 Airport Rd, Everett WA 98204
“Great service. They had the exact parts I needed. I was looking for very specific, small screws for my computer that Home Depot didn’t carry. I went up the street to Tacoma Screw and found exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, the associate, Augustin, gave me some great recommendations for future repairs. I highly recommend this shop.”
7201 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle WA 98103
“I am always dropping in here for one thing or another and 99% of the time, they have exactly what I'm looking for. I'm so glad to support a local business and glad to avoid buying things online! They're also the nicest people; always super helpful and very knowledgeable.”
17705 130th Ave NE, Woodinville WA 98072
“This is THE must stop hardware store for any wannabe MacGyver who is trying to get stuff done. Forget about the big box hardware stores where you can't find any help... And if you do they aren't pleased to help you. Here at McLendon hardware not only are they helpful and very knowledgeable, they enjoy it! Fair prices and Nordstrom level service. I highly recommend McLendon hardware.”

“Excellent, helpful and informative customer service from staff !!! 😊!!! Had what I needed in stock on the shelf, easy to find. Clean & organized. I'm from out of the area, had a slight dilemma. Your KINDNESS saved me an hour or more on this project here in the city. THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the guys working up at the front counter 6/26/26 around 5:40 pm. Hopefully your employer appreciates the two of you promoting Tweedy and Popp Hardware as well as you do. Have a Great Day 😁”

“Best shopping experience I have had in years. Top notch guys behind the counter, clean store, everything is fronted. They have free coffee and throw in washers for free sometimes. Only complaint is there's no prices on the shelves, but we can't all be perfect.”

“Love the folks at Dunn. Bellevue especially. See them most every day and they work their tails off to get me out the door and rolling to the jobsite. Shout out to Kaleb in the yard. Always got a smile on his face and as helpful as one can be.”

16516 Ash Way, Lynnwood WA 98037
“Wonderful company. Has everything you might need for irrigation along with helpful staff who provide information and advice for the homeowner. Best to go in person versus taking up their time on the phone.”

“These folks were awesome! I brought in my window screen and AC window adapter to have a polycarbonate window insert made to fit my Midea Duo AC [the white one from Costco]. (You can just tell them dimensions and what kind of hose it is, I was overprepared lol.) I chose the 1/8th inch and am able to tape it with aluminum foil tape to the screen! I put in the request on Monday and got a call on Wednesday that it was completed. Very easy and fast. :) I was worried about it not fitting on my unit the first time, due to another review about such an issue. However, I have no problems attaching and detaching my unit to the screen. Thank y’all!!!!”

“Fantastic customer service. Had an odd project with odd bolt configurations and they went to extra mile to get things done. Cut and drilled the boards I needed at no charge and saved me a tonne of time. Great selection perfectly organized. Staff was courteous and professional. Manager was great. Will be making it my go-to hardware store. And the drive through coffee shop next door was just fantastic.”

“Went to replace a hammer and Hopper the manager replaced the hammer that I was going to purchase. Greeted nicely and was very helpful. I recommend this location. Thank you.”

“A pleasure to deal with! They went out of there way to earn my business and left me completely satisfied. My sauna heater arrived in. Less than a week during the Christmas holidays and I live cross country! I was truly amazed at there aggressive pricing. No one came remotely close to what I paid. In mu opinion if your looking for anything related to steam or sauna and dont give them a shot you will probably over spend. I usually do not take the time to do reviews. But I have to say they earned it.!”

“Good staff and very knowledgeable. The wait time can sometimes be a bit long but worth it wether you are placing an order or looking for information. They offer free decking samples. This is a huge plus and I typically send my customers there to look at deck displays and samples”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Instead of pointing you to what you are looking for they actually walk you there. I really like going there but do less often than I'd like because of limited parking”
2131 196th St SW, Lynnwood WA 98036
“Absolute stars here! I can’t remember the name Of the guy who helped me, Jason or Justin or something. He went out of my way and saved us on a commercial jobsite after our apprentice messed up and Ferguson was unwilling to stay open 5 more minutes, but these guys were absolute amazing! Thank you”
