Hero ACE Hardware, the only locally-owned hardware store in downtown Seattle, has been serving the community since 2013. The friendly and helpful staff are always ready to assist customers in finding what they need, whether it's a bike lock, screws for an e-bike, or paint for a home project. The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of tools, hardware, and home improvement supplies, including Benjamin Moore paint. Customers appreciate the convenient location and the free delivery service, although there have been some minor issues with communication. The store's music selection, while enjoyable for some, can be too loud and distracting for others. Overall, Hero ACE Hardware is a valuable resource for the neighborhood, providing a welcoming and well-equipped space for all their hardware needs.
I had a broken suitcase and the team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me fix it. 10/10. Incredible people, so helpful.

Considering this store is right in the middle of town, I was really impressed by how well stocked it is. I was only here for two days and needed a flashlight, and I was amazed by the variety of products they had. The staff was very friendly and happy to help. Thank you, guys! 😊

I love this location in San Francisco. Staff use comedic voices to help you.
