“Mai is the sweetest thing ever. My appointment was at 1230, which she was promptly on time. The selection of dresses were lovely and she picked out 5 beautiful dresses and the very first one she pulled was my dress i tried them all on and 2 of them twice before making my decision. I never felt rushed. Some were a struggle to get on and her level of help was amazing. I had the most amazing experience finding my wedding dress. I did say yes to the dress thanks to mai!!”

Tencel is the real deal sustainable fiber and the clothes drape very nicely -- at this point in my life I can't handle skin-tight and need some structure, and despite being soft to the touch, the garments all hang forgivingly on my body.”

“This place is soooo EXCESSIVE!
From technique to hospitality to general kindness, this place is way over the top.
This is my favorite studio because the vibe is definitely there: feels like you’re among friends; however, they don’t act like friends when class begins.
They are real teachers who support you where you’re at: whether a beginner who wonders what the “tuck” is or a veteran who is as skilled as the teacher. Sometimes though I wonder if this type of torture violates the Geneva Convention. I’ll look into that for you.
True to form, this barre workout is especially great for the hip and seat complexes as well as for balance and coordination. But, most importantly for people most people, it’s CRAZY good for toning. Pure Barre reaches muscles no other workout can.
Try it out but only at Pure Barre Geenlake (or University District.”

“This is one of the best places to consign in Seattle! They have a specific process but it makes sense and the staff are informed on it. I've had difficulty consigning at other businesses in this city and Labels has their process down! They are very accommodating to various seller situations, like when I broke my foot and had trouble bringing things to and from the store. They always pick up the phone, try to make things work with you, and give a decent payout. I highly recommend selling with them!
As a buyer, there tends to not be as much in my size (L/XL/14). So unfortunately I haven't bought any clothes here yet. But they usually have great jewelry, bags and accessories!”

“I've been a customer since the beginning, before the brick n mortar, before the big warehouse. As with any small business they have their ups and downs/ try and fails but there has always been growth, humility and an eagerness to be transparent and make it right. Heck I've had orders go wrong, shorted or missing and the LB team has always done what they could to make it right, within reason. The amount of charity and community work giving back not just locally but in other countries is admirable. The clothing has always been excellent quality and when quality issues have happened as they do with any product at some point they course correct and sell discounted with full clarity on the defect. This is a boutique brand, not Target or Walmart, so yeah a bit more expensive however, the clothes last and resale 2nd hand quite well. Sometimes things are tight and I have to pass on the drops but I stock up on the sales. LB is an amazing company and from what I hear an amazing employer. Keep climbing LB!”
“I come in here at least once a week with my partner. We love it. This store is a great place for fun blind boxes, fidget toys, candles, socks, clothes, magnets, hats, coloring books, vinyls, and so much more. Definitely a spot to hit if you’re exploring the city or looking to get a gift for someone. The staff here are super friendly and helpful too. There was something missing from one of the blind boxes I bought and they helped me exchange it for a new one. Overall a great store and experience in here. ALSO, make sure you purchase things with your phone number so you can get points!”

“So sad to hear that Kuhlman is closing. For several years now whenever I pick up something new it's straight to Kuhlman to have Scott work his magic. He has keen eye, more than one person's fair share of skill and talent, and is always incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I will be keeping an eye out to see if he ends up opening a smaller more tailoring specific (less retail oriented) operation here in Seattle. If you are looking for a skilled and trustworthy go-to tailor I recommend you do the same. If not, it has been my pleasure to be a patron of his business, and my wardrobe is certainly better off for it.”

My 15-year-old son and I had such a great experience at the Buckle in Bellevue Square last night. We were helped by Ruben, and I was so impressed by his professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness.
My son was having a bit of a rough day, so I brought him to the mall to do a little shopping and take his mind off things. When we walked into Buckle, Ruben greeted us right away and took the time to really get to know what my son liked. He asked thoughtful questions, noticed details (like that they were both wearing Ariat jeans), and used that connection to help my son find styles that really fit his taste.
Ruben was also very skilled at helping my son find the right sizes in a way that was completely natural and positive. For example, my son tried on a size that wasn’t quite right, and Ruben gently suggested trying a different size that ended up looking perfect. He complimented my son along the way, which made him feel confident in the choices, and it was clear my son valued his guidance. This made the shopping experience even better than it would have been just with me helping.
Ruben was never pushy—just genuinely helpful, friendly, and observant. He pulled shirts, hoodies, and a vest that my son ended up loving. Ruben even doubled what we might have purchased on our own, but in the best way—everything he suggested was spot-on and things my son truly needed.
It was refreshing to see a salesperson who cared about both the customer’s experience and the details of their job. Ruben is a great example of excellent service done right. Buckle is lucky to have him on their team!”
