“I was looking for a specific charms that was my children zodiac sign. But I wasn't able to, one of the sales assistants asked me if I needed assistance, I told her yes, I showed her what I was looking for. She kindly told me that the store don't sell them, I could order them online which I'm not good at it. And she said I could try to call the other store in Marysville. So I asked instead of driving there to save time. I seriously appreciate that she was being helpful, as a person who was a sales member I was very happy with the service. Sadly I don't remember her name. But I know she a young lady with black hair, beautiful personality, she has several piercings. I just wanted to thank her again, I will definitely return because she was very helpful even though she was busy placing extra items on display. I really appreciate the effort for sales members just to assist with customers. As I am a sales member, florists delivery driver, among other things in the work I do.”
“I have lost 90 pounds and I’ve been having a really hard time trying to find a bar that fits. I’ve been to multiple Torrids in the last months but nothing. “Nordstrom carries just about everything: outfits, clothes, shirts, T-shirts, shorts, pants, underwear, lingerie, tank tops, skirts, shoes, slippers, jewelry, boots, Converse, coats, trench coats, scarves, skincare products, perfumes, and accessories such as headbands, earrings, hair extensions, belts, and more. It’s a little on the expensive side, but you get high-quality customer service, flexible returns, a pleasant atmosphere, and clean bathrooms.
Update: I later learned that the Nordstrom credit card does earn useful rewards, and I recently redeemed points for $50, so credit where it’s due!”

“This is a nice mid price quality made hat shop. I bought one a month ago from this store. They have many styles including Panamas, trilbys, pork pies, felt fedoras western and outback as well as summer type hats and snap caps. I have an extra large head, and it's oftentimes a challenge to find hats that fit. The lady that worked with me was very helpful and polite, and even helped me accessorize the hat with an accent feather for the band. Because of the great service, I came back to buy another one today.!”

“I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I found it! So I made an in-app purchase with a store pickup in Lynnwood since the downtown local is no longer. Trying to find the luggage dept was interesting but upon searching for it on the second floor I ran into this place called "Backstage." I know it sounds a little mafia-like ? and although things are scattered, kind of messy and disorganized, think..."Nordstrom level Ross" ? you can still find some great deals here for mid to high-end brand names. Who even knew this existed? After finding backstage I ended up returning the in-app purchase and ended up buying an in-store Black Friday deal on a Samsonite $400+ hardside carry-on I got for less than $200. Literally, Backstage is basically Macy's on a much smaller scale and a little bit crazier (like it's really hot mess). If you don't mind that and appreciate the savings then it's worth your visit.”

“I was in the Lynnwood location today. I needed a pair of black jeans for work. I couldnt find my size and was about to give up. Until Jared stepped in and saved my day. He checked to see if they had them in the back and then located the last pair for me. There was no stock on the sales floor but she gladly offered to check in the back because she said they might have the size and item I was looking for. And she did find it and it worked! “went in to this store as someone who favored Victoria secret bras over anything else sizing and comfortability. I was immediately greeted by employee Meaghan (I’m sorry if that spelling is wrong I check the receipt). She was so so easy to work with and so easygoing, very talkative and so easy to relate with as I do have a bigger bust. She asked me what I was looking for and I explained everything I needed and without hesitation she immediately said she knew what would be a perfect fit. She grabbed a bra and I tried it on, band size was perfect but she had me go up to a DDD instead of a DD due to sizing being different. The bra was pricey but when it comes to less back pain and more support I am here for an expensive bra. Meaghan if you ever do read this, I really do appreciate your help and willingness to help. I don’t see a lot of employees in retail who have customer service anymore so it’s very refreshing to have someone who treats you like a customer and not a just someone you can make money off of. I will be a returning customer and Meaghan, this is my way of tipping you, I hope you get a raise.”

“I've generally had positive experiences with Zumiez. The company offers quality products, and the customer service has usually been friendly and helpful.
The only negative experience I've had occurred when I briefly pulled over on my bicycle and stopped in the parking lot to make an urgent phone call. An employee quickly approached me and informed me that I was loitering and needed to leave immediately. Given that I had only been stopped for about five minutes, the interaction felt unnecessarily harsh and left me with a less favorable impression of the location.
Aside from that one experience, I've had a positive view of the company overall. The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery, and it's common to see people walking their dogs near the publicly accessible grass field and trail behind the building. The location also includes a public skate park, which is a great feature for the community.
Overall, it's a good company with quality products and generally positive customer service.”
