The cashier that helped me was super friendly and very helpful.
Got the tag off and was on my way in minutes.”

“This is a nice mid price quality made hat shop. I bought one a month ago from this store. They have many styles including Panamas, trilbys, pork pies, felt fedoras western and outback as well as summer type hats and snap caps. I have an extra large head, and it's oftentimes a challenge to find hats that fit. The lady that worked with me was very helpful and polite, and even helped me accessorize the hat with an accent feather for the band. Because of the great service, I came back to buy another one today.!”
“Had a wonderful experience buying another suit at Nordstrom, first was Bellevue however since it was further from me I tried Alderwood, a few wonderful team helped me as I got fitted, at first it wasn’t long enough but Dao from alterations re did it so it was a perfect length! Had a great and full team help, Vanessa and Quan in the suiting department made sure all request was fulfilled as I can be extremely anal on the fit and fitment, will definitely buy my next suit at Alderwood. “I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I found it! So I made an in-app purchase with a store pickup in Lynnwood since the downtown local is no longer. Trying to find the luggage dept was interesting but upon searching for it on the second floor I ran into this place called "Backstage." I know it sounds a little mafia-like ? and although things are scattered, kind of messy and disorganized, think..."Nordstrom level Ross" ? you can still find some great deals here for mid to high-end brand names. Who even knew this existed? After finding backstage I ended up returning the in-app purchase and ended up buying an in-store Black Friday deal on a Samsonite $400+ hardside carry-on I got for less than $200. Literally, Backstage is basically Macy's on a much smaller scale and a little bit crazier (like it's really hot mess). If you don't mind that and appreciate the savings then it's worth your visit.”

“I have always had a great experience while visiting this location. Whatever you are paying Yanna is simply not enough to promote the products in your store! Over the top service, I learned about promotional deals, savings with select purchases, and a couple aromatic scents that would likely be enjoyable if I chose cologne/perfumes. My main purpose was a pair of brown boots that I eyed several weeks ago. To my surprise they were still there and in my size. Gratitude. I appreciated the double check with another associate as to the size and L/R confirmation. Thank you so much for a great experience, keep it up!”

“I was immediately greeted when I walked in. There was no pressure. I looked around for a few minutes and Liz followed up with me asking if I was finding my sizes. She allowed me to shop and checked on me in the fitting room. I found some great items! It was a great experience and I'll definitely be back!”
“went in to this store as someone who favored Victoria secret bras over anything else sizing and comfortability. I was immediately greeted by employee Meaghan (I’m sorry if that spelling is wrong I check the receipt). She was so so easy to work with and so easygoing, very talkative and so easy to relate with as I do have a bigger bust. She asked me what I was looking for and I explained everything I needed and without hesitation she immediately said she knew what would be a perfect fit. She grabbed a bra and I tried it on, band size was perfect but she had me go up to a DDD instead of a DD due to sizing being different. The bra was pricey but when it comes to less back pain and more support I am here for an expensive bra. Meaghan if you ever do read this, I really do appreciate your help and willingness to help. I don’t see a lot of employees in retail who have customer service anymore so it’s very refreshing to have someone who treats you like a customer and not a just someone you can make money off of. I will be a returning customer and Meaghan, this is my way of tipping you, I hope you get a raise.”

“I've generally had positive experiences with Zumiez. The company offers quality products, and the customer service has usually been friendly and helpful.
The only negative experience I've had occurred when I briefly pulled over on my bicycle and stopped in the parking lot to make an urgent phone call. An employee quickly approached me and informed me that I was loitering and needed to leave immediately. Given that I had only been stopped for about five minutes, the interaction felt unnecessarily harsh and left me with a less favorable impression of the location.
Aside from that one experience, I've had a positive view of the company overall. The property is surrounded by beautiful greenery, and it's common to see people walking their dogs near the publicly accessible grass field and trail behind the building. The location also includes a public skate park, which is a great feature for the community.
Overall, it's a good company with quality products and generally positive customer service.”
