“My wife loves this store! She is plus size but also short so she has a hard time finding clothes that fit her well at most places. Torrid always has options that fit her well and the styles are also keeping up and in some ways leading the pack. The staff is the best part of this store though as they always have discussions with you and get to know you and really give you that "personal tailor" feeling!”

Nothing fits me here but I bought a few nice pieces for my 10 year old The dresses are stunning and the sweaters are well made and very soft. The changing rooms are well decorated and have lots of space. I hope she will have these pieces for a long time”

“Lots of awesome shirts, trinkets, and outfits. I wish the hoodies weren't so ridiculously expensive, else I would've bought one by now. They, on average, cost the same as a new pair of shoes (~$80.) Classic store. I little more on the "trendy" side when it comes to alt, but you can't blame em. They are a chain store and they need their stuff to be marketable, after all. But it would be nice to see more niche styles and references. Overall, a fun place to stop and shop - especially for the grunge/emo/alt crowd, and with friends.”

“I had no idea this place existed but I'm so glad I found it! So I made an in-app purchase with a store pickup in Lynnwood since the downtown local is no longer. Trying to find the luggage dept was interesting but upon searching for it on the second floor I ran into this place called "Backstage." I know it sounds a little mafia-like ? and although things are scattered, kind of messy and disorganized, think..."Nordstrom level Ross" ? you can still find some great deals here for mid to high-end brand names. Who even knew this existed? After finding backstage I ended up returning the in-app purchase and ended up buying an in-store Black Friday deal on a Samsonite $400+ hardside carry-on I got for less than $200. Literally, Backstage is basically Macy's on a much smaller scale and a little bit crazier (like it's really hot mess). If you don't mind that and appreciate the savings then it's worth your visit.”

“My go-to for business formal when working in science was this White House Black Market in Lynnwood. I am a female standing at about 5 feet 7.5 inches tall with broad shoulders and narrow hips, so my physique could be a bit of a misfit in terms of clothing fit at some of the other more formal clothing retail stores. White House Black Market on the other hand, had almost an overabundance of options that fit me.One time I came with my mom looking for clothes I could wear to conferences and other nicer work occasions and left with about three and a half full outfits, which was my most successful single-stop experience of that sort for that purpose up to that point in time (and still stands to today).Clothing items were pristine in quality and varied in offering even with a smaller floorspace. The workers were friendly and ready to help find items that might work that retained a similar style if a particular item did not work when trying it on. Prices have been excellent for the quality of garments I have gotten from here.”

“As always Macy’s is amazing. Went here to get my 13 year old son some cologne. Lady showed us where to find the men selection. Neither my son or I cared for lady much. She rushed us, took off, didn’t help my son with his questions. After we bought the Valentino. We left came back and had the guy help us get the other 2. He was way better at helping my son find his favorite colognes. We ended up buying all 3 he wanted.”

“I was incredibly impressed with the customer service at Aerie. They are truly amazing and inspirational. I was there for the first time and my experience was unexplainable! I was helped throughout the store being passed on from associate to associate, making me feel amazing! While in the fitting room Jessica helped me and guided me through their bra room. Although she noticed I was intimated and shy she really helped me get comfortable with her and I was open to let her know what I liked. She brought me all sorts of colors and styles in literally every item in the store. Jessica was a truly amazing person and she even helped my mother and I save more money on our purchase by letting us know about the AEO Credit Card! We saved more money and I was able to take a couple outfits home that I loved! She has the only one that has been able to explain the benefits of the credit card! I can assure you I will be back to shop some more! Thank you so much!”

“Hannah was an amazing assistant. After spending full day searching, we left the store with a great product. This store was the last stop and I had not heard of the store name. Despite the store hours coming closer to closure, pleasant smile did not leave Hannah and she offered to select a few recommendations after hearing our needs. She fetched several (one of which we bought and received much compliments by peers afterwards).Her generosity was shown in bringing out from storage clothing that were not yet on display. Winter season clothing were what we were looking for.She kindly returned the ones that we decided not to buy. I plan to come back to the store because Hannah has left such an impression on me about the store in general.
