“This is a great location and next to Ace Hardware which is another great store. It is a nice big store with plenty of room and inventory. It's really easy to end up with a full cart here and you won't go broke doing it. The parking lot is big and have yet to see anyone or any creatures that worry me. Only the voices in my own head telling me to buy more stuff. I don't argue with them much so it's all good.”
“I've shopped at various Grocery Outlets over the last two decades and this is by far the best Grocery Outlet I've ever been in. So much so that I chose to pursue a career here going on two years ago.

I've watched coworkers help pay a customer's remaining balance so they didn't have to choose between healthy foods or hygiene.

She often says Dollar Tree is her happy place and this is one of her favorites. She often finds things she's looking for that she couldn't find at other ones we visit. “nice family run store, managed to have a decent sidewalk sale going in the middle of a remodel. grandparents and grandkids working together. love supporting local businesses like this. I only wish I had more time to shop because they had a lot of cool and unique items. the clothes I got were in great condition, some stuff still had the original tags on them.”
“Usually when I go to a dollar tree, there is nothing good there and the place is disorganized. Not for this dollar tree. Everything is organized and there is a lot of good stuff there. “Thank you Grocery Outlet Lake Stevens for actually caring about your customers!
A few weeks ago I had a very severe allergic reaction to the cinnamon scented pine cones that were inside the store. My throat was burning and constricting, and I had to cut my shopping short to get out of there. I reported it to the cashier who didn't really know what to do to help me. So later I called and spoke with a manager and let him know what happened, and asked if the cones could be outside where I could get past them with less impact to my health. He said he'd talk with the owners about it. When I arrived today the pine cones are outside! I feel supported and seen as a customer who wants to support a locally owned business, and I appreciate that. I shop here almost every week because I like this store and I now like it a little bit more!”
