Everything was completed online already, so I just walked in, told them my phone number, and walked out 5 minutes later. I see others have had bad experiences even with this simple task at this location, but for me there were no issues and my internet is better than ever now.”

“2023 update:They randomly take down the internet for “outages” during the day. How is it an outage if my internet is working?? ?2022 update:Salish Networks and Tulalip broadband have now merged, and they have been making some upgrades! internet speeds are now up to 150/10Mbps over coax, And I’m told more upgrades are coming in the future. They also have added a lot of HD channels to their cable line up as of 1/2022. Much improved!”
“I got a plan from this store and Machyas and Gavin helped me out with some issues with my plan and went above and beyond. The tmobile help line hung up on her 3 different times today and refused to transfer her to a supervisor. Machyas stayed past her shift to help me resolve the issue that took well over 3 hours to resolve with several different people over the phone. The people here and incredibly friendly and I couldn't be happier with how kind they have been.”
