“After spending hours at other locations and on the phone with Xfinity representatives who were incredibly unhelpful, we decided to make one last stop at the Everett location to get a new phone since mine was apparently beyond repair.

That’s when we met Shoshone, and honestly, he completely changed our experience. He greeted us right away and was kind, knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly helpful. He made what had been an extremely frustrating process feel easy.

He got our phone traded in, upgraded our lines, and somehow even found a way to save us money. He handled everything in about an hour, which was much quicker than we expected. We actually ended up upgrading both phones because of the excellent service we received from him.

Someone needs to give Shoshone Employee of the Month because he absolutely deserves it. He didn't just provide great customer service; he may have genuinely saved Xfinity from losing two customers. Please recognize this guy — he's a gem!

Also, for anyone reading this review who’s trying to reach customer service by phone or chat: save yourself some time and STRESS and just go to this location. They have a great team here. I live on Camano Island, nearly an hour away, and honestly wish I’d gone here first. Believe me, it’s worth the drive—and your sanity.”
