“I went in to the store on Thursday, 23 July to troubleshoot my mobile phone. It wasn't working properly connecting to wi-fi or the network when I was doing Internet-linked things. Daeshona welcomed me warmly as I entered the store and immediately began to help me. She solved the issue within minutes and showed me how to address it should it occur in the future. I have had good service at this store in the past, but Daeshona outshines them all! She even gave me her name and phone number in case I had further questions.”
