“I was here twice. Both times friendly staff approached me quickly and helped me find what I need. Everything was fully stocked and prices were clearly labeled. The first time I went was 2 months ago to get a 10 gallon, plants and substrate. The tank was only 20 bucks. Second time I got a 20 gallon, fish food, ceramic media and bottled bacteria. Before i checked out they let me know the 20 gallon would be half off next week. I came in and got it and my other stuff. When I called to ask if they had the 20 gallon they went above and beyond finding the one with the exact measurements I gave them. I think they were more excited than me that they were in stock lol. I just moved here I was not expecting this level of customer service at a petco. You just don't see it often. Keep it up I'll see you again soon!”

“This is a nice place to self wash your dog. The tubs were easy enough for my dog to get into, the water was nicely adjustable both for heat and the amount of spray. The air dryer made quick work of drying him. Nice to have clean towels available and the facilities very clean. It would be nice to have different types of soaps available, however. Next time I'll probably bring my own shampoo.”
“Love this place so much. We get our wood pellets here for like 6 bucks a bag and use it as cat litter bc it's 20 bucks at PetSmart. They always load it for you and are always very kind and helpful.”
“Been going to Julz for over 2 years to feed two Boston Terriers. I feed raw supplemented with fruit/veggies and fresh and my dogs are in fantastic shape. The staff are wonderful to work with and always have great suggestions. They know their products and are very helpful. The loyalty program keeps me coming back as it is expensive to feed my pups. “My first time using EarthWise was overall great! I would give the fifth star if the online booking experience was a little smoother. I seemed to have issues updating my dog’s profile. And then every time I was sure I was booking mobile, it asked me to choose a time for a “self wash”.
With all the being said, I got prompt help via text from a very friendly person who attempted a fix, and then simply helped me book over text.
The day of the grooming appointment, I got a heads up text with an ETA, and super friendly service. Koda was very very smelly (my fault for missing her last bath), but she looked and smelled great after her 2-hour appt! Which for her is a very fast spa day! Before and after photos are a nice touch!
I will definitely be using this service again!”
