“There was a scheduling mix up and we didn’t end up getting the service we scheduled. The owner called us within minutes of leaving and offered not only to fulfill the service we had scheduled, but sent the mobile groomer to our house the same day. The mobile groomer was incredibly communicative and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure our pet was cared for and sooooo clean. We even got a “report card” after the visit with helpful details. I’m very impressed with the customer service and dedication to making sure our pets are happy, clean and healthy.”

“We love this store for their excellent customer service and pet food supples. They also have a frequent buyer program that earns discounts on the food we buy.Our cats love Steve’s raw cat food and N&D kibble. One visit in October (guessing, it was years ago) they had a pet trick or treat set up outside and vendors handed out samples. It was fun! That cats appreciated it very much when we got home and surprised them with their new options.”

“I love this location and the staff members! Everyone is so friendly and extra helpful, the location is clean and the aquatics department is very knowledgeable. I have visited about 6 times in the past 2 months and have always had a great experience. The best part is that the pets are like a free exhibit to take my daughter to see. She loves watching all the fish and even recently bought her own! Our fish are happy and healthy because of all the guidance we received. (Attached is a picture of our fishless setup with everything purchased from this Petco)”

“This is the only pet store I will come to within Marysville and Arlington area! The staff is always so friendly and always greets you. I come here for my son's gecko that needs crickets and for my conure bird that needs her bird seed food and treats as well. When I go to other pet stores it takes around 15 minutes just to get crickets or I just get ignored so I will just leave. Here they take care of everything right away. Thank you so much for taking care of your customers and for being friendly! You guys rock.”

“Specifically regarding the grooming salon: We LOVE grooming day with Dani!! She is so phenomenal with our dog, she's always so cheery and gives him soooo much love. He was extra dirty this trip since he had just spent 4 days playing in the ocean. Highly recommend requesting her for grooms and never have any hesitation when I leave him in her care. Cooper approves!”
