“I just came here to say I got 5 guppies from pet smart, ALL died within a couple days of swim bladder disease! I came to the pet stop to just get 2 more, thinking maybe it was my tank, they're SO healthy and thriving! Beautiful colors, ate right away and are settling nicely. Learned my lesson - here over pet smart any day ! I've also gotten some massive cichlids from these guys which again, grew beautifully with zero health issues”

“Today I had a friend run my Frenchie Bugz up to the Monroe store.I was injured so unable to drive.A friend offered to help.So already nervous my little guy leaving without me.But he needed nails,ears and wash.So off he went.I needed to get updated paperwork about his shots to the store.With all the commotion from him not wanting to go without day.We forgot paperwork.Luckily there’s a employee there named Cesar who was incredibly helpful.He to the time to let us get paperwork all taken care of.My little dog came back do happy and clean.Excellent service from Cesar and the crew at the Monroe Wa store 10 star service.I wil take my dog to no other place!Service is second to none!Customer for life!Cesar is a very valuable person to have on your team!Thank you Carlos!And pet pros for outstanding service
