“James, from CMS, helped us coordinate a move of my Snap On toolbox from my former work location to a new destination at very short notice. He helped us navigate how to hire a moving company for a single item that was heavy and needed shipping protection. Kevin, the moving driver and Nick arrived on time, carefully packed up my toolbox, and loaded it in the truck for a secure ride of 52 miles. CMS provided a tracking app so that we could watch the delivery route. The move was timely and safe. Kevin and Nick unloaded and unpacked my toolbox at the destination. The safe and timely move of my toolbox was a major blessing and relief to us since we had no idea who to call for moving a heavy toolbox until we called CMS, just two days before the move. We now know that a move should be planned well in advance, but we are grateful for the kindness and consideration of the CMS personnel for responding to our request and supporting this move so that the toolbox was moved safely without damage. So organized, Brandi and Warren were very responsive and helpful, and Roel and his crew of movers were so friendly while also being fast and efficient! And we had a crappy driveway and they didn’t seem to care and kept things moving smoothly the whole time. They numbered everything so we could keep track as we moved between spaces, which no one else ever did. Phenomenal, highly recommend!!!”

“Very unfortunately, they are no longer at that address. I would imagine they just relocated as they were AWESOME movers!! They packed my belongings very carefully and efficiently, they REALLY know/knew what they were doing. I gave them 5 stars back then, a few years ago, and 5 stars again a few months ago when they just moved a full sized bed and frame and like 3 other small items for me. They will be missed!! If I need to move again though I'm gonna look for them! Oh they have a Facebook page I'm pretty sure! If you need to move ANYTHING ANYWHERE in the country, HIRE THEM! They really are FANTASTIC! .. and the movers and owner are nice! They have to still around somewhere, they were thriving!!”

“Exceptional customer service at this location. Kayla, the manager, respectfully followed up and communicated with a sense of urgency, answered all of our questions. The location is clean, well-secured with fencing, plenty of security cameras and on-site security overnight. Looked at several businesses in the area for pricing quotes, but it came down to a better level of customer service here. Kayla is a credit to this business because she was the deciding factor to rent here in addition to the the facilities.”

“I was really impressed with Brandon at ABC Mini Storage. I didn't know how big of a storage unit I needed. I just knew all the contents of my house needed to fit in it. He was extremely helpfulI and had multiple ideas which helped me make my decision. He also made sure I got the best possible rate/ promotional rates. Even though I was late to my appointment with him, he took his time explaining everything, helping me with the paperwork, and assured my gate code worked. He never made me feel rushed even though the office closed shortly after I arrived. Brandon provides excellent customer service and I would recommend ABC Mini Storage to anyone that asks. On a side note, I've never been to such a clean storage facility. The entire property was spotless.”

“Excellent Moving Co.. Had a 2 day pack . One day move . Guys showed up on time. Protected my floors upstrs & downstairs. I had expensive artwork & china that was of a big concern before my move. I was at ease after the first 5 minutes of watching how the guys wrapped my items & placed them in dishpacks accordingly . My best of the artwork were properly crated. The best of my pictures were packed in picture boxes & properly labeled . Everything was inventoried & the load crew was impressive . In & out in the 3 scheduled days as planned. I recommend for all your moving needs. Definately use them in the future.”

“Came and picked up a truck with my wife. The mobile check in was quick and easy. Wish they would just keep the trucks filled so it's easy to know how much gas you need to put in since trying to fill a tank to a 1/4 gallon is impossible.”

“All Purpose Movers did great work moving my 2bd kirkland apt and storage unit to woodinville. They did awesome loading/unloading and good furniture disassembly and wrapping. They're labor-only (you rent and drive a truck) with very reasonable rates. I didn't use much packing nor furniture reassembly services so I can't really speak to that. They were friendly, careful, and efficient; Roosevelt is an awesome leader!”

“The staff is always polite and accommodating. We rent a lot of trucks and we always check this location first and only go elsewhere if they don't have what we need. Went in there on a super chaotic day, observed a very rude customer on their way out, and still received excellent service from the young woman at the desk and from the gentleman who goes to retrieve the trucks.”
