Mike fixed it instead of replacing it, saving hundreds, and later noticed he even repainted a few nearby scratches on the bumper (different panel) free of charge and didn’t even mention it upon pickup. “This is the second time we’ve brought a vehicle here, and they’ve officially earned a lifelong customer. They worked absolute magic on my poor Acura after it got roasted by fireworks — like, Fourth of July meets car barbecue. The paint match? Spot on. You’d never know it had a firework mishap unless I told you (which I probably will, dramatically, forever).
But the real MVP moment? When I dropped it off, the dash looked like Times Square on New Year’s Eve thanks to a faulty gas cap. When I picked it up? No lights. Just peace, quiet, and a car that doesn’t scream “I have issues.”
And as if that wasn’t enough, they even polished out a bunch of random marks on my car that had nothing to do with the firework damage. Totally went above and beyond — now my whole car looks better than it did before the fireworks even hit. 10/10, highly recommend!”

“My car stalled outside the WSECU bank and couldn’t shift the transmission.l looked up on YouTube on how to fix it and l needed to a tool to unlock it. I walked to the Auto zone shop to buy a screwdriver.l tried to fix it but it didn’t work.later l thought about exchanging to a longer screwdriver for it work.
This time l meant a staff named Ricoh and told him what l was trying to fix, l didn’t know that he was just about to clock out.Ricoh offered to help me fix the problem and it took him almost 11/2 hours.

“I always dread car shopping and never have alot of time! So I pretty much look online then I’ll contact the dealership as I did this time! Francisco sent me a video of the Equinox inside and out an hour after I asked about it! That definitely made me want to go see him and the car!! It was everything he said it was and I was sold!!! He made the process so fast and easy from start to finish as well as the finance manager! I was there MAYBE an hour and a half and I had my new Chevy!! “This place is a good place for auto parts. There was a young man working there and he gave me the wrong part (it happens). When I brought it back the older gentleman who seemed to be the manager was apologetic and the young lady at the register took care of everything with no problem. The manager also helped this other customer with making sure he got the best deal from the sale they were having on oil and filter combo. Now that is what I like to see when shopping anywhere. I definitely will be going there for parts from now on.”
