Quality work was completed while keeping me informed through the entire process, which I was incredibly grateful for. Also helped to deal with both my insurance and rental car making for a seamless exchange.”
“From start to finish my experience was top notch. I compared multiple shops and Spanaway Collision was the most thorough during the quote process, taking the time to look at what was needed and answer all of my questions.
From there, they continued to be great with scheduling, helping navigate the rental car (the transition was seamless with the rental car pick up and drop off being arranged at the shop), and updates on my vehicle.
Upon my vehicle being complete, the work was great with my vehicle looking as good as new!
I was never surprised by anything, and always felt like they wanted to help me. Pricing was very fair and realistic as well.

“Pretty good but the sales agent made us wait 10 minutes during his pre opening break to sell us a part. We get it so waited in the truck. Then at 8 he picked out the part we asked for. We paid and left and drove 30 minutes back to the resort. On arrival we found he sold us a different part so had to drive back. On arrival he was not around but a nice lady at the counter returned the purchase then sold us the part we actually asked for the first time.”

“I don't normally do this give reviews but these guys are a little bit different nobody wanted to work on my bike it was either too old or they were too busy but I gave these guys a call nobody answered the phone but on their message the first thing I noticed is there were kids in the background they are really family orientated and I think that's cool they talked me into getting the best parts for my bike they cost a little more but what a difference. All the stuff was friendly and very efficient I must say they do good work and they work on everything and they make you feel at home it was a hot day I want to buy a water they said hey take it really friendly nice people anybody can turn a wrench but it's the people that make the difference and I'm recommending them to all my friends”
