“First time at this location on 3/7/26, car died, needed a battery apparently and wanted the alternator checked. This place was extremely busy! Their manager not only checked what I needed, he installed my battery for me. I get that this is a service that the store offers, but he was kind, professional and did not make me feel like a bother on an already busy day with a line 15 people deep and down 2 employees that day. I unfortunately failed to remember his name, but he is the manager. So in hopes that his direct supervisor and or above sees this; He is a stellar representation of your company and I hope you recognize the value that he brings to this location and company name. “My recent experience was horrible BUT the associate was Amazing Dave in the Auto Department, Showed patience, kindness, empathy, Great Customer Service and went above and beyond to help me. So I bought a tire online over 1week ago says 3day shipping.. I call 3days in row prior to going up there bc I wanna if a tire will fit my Mini or not, they have the tire Mike puts the tire aside Great!! Well when I get there Mike is gone and He was giving me the tire for $50 instead of $85 This needs to be verified so Dave does that, then we both realize It’s the wrong tire I did the search on the website and this was the size I was given (my mistake) bt checked in house and the tire I ordered looks like it was there bt no name or order number was associated with, and all the mangers left and he wasn’t trained in how to do this & I didn’t have an appointment and he was going to change the tire out (if we had the right 1)I appreciate that man a lot even tho he was unable to help, I sincerely felt like I mattered enough for time and effort it goes a loooooong way in our society!
