“I am not one to leave reviews, however good customer service is very hard to come by in todays day and age. I have been looking to get some rust repair done on my vehicle, and I have been calling around to different shops. Martiniano's was one of the few that responded in good time. I decided to stop by their shop and see what they could do. They were extremely upfront with their prices and what they were going to do and their time frame. I decided to pull the trigger with them and dropped my vehicle off.
They were great with communication throughout the process. I picked up the vehicle and the work they did looked great. Not only did they do what we agreed on, but they cleaned up a gasket around a window and took out some good size dents in the rear of the vehicle, with no additional cost. I was also given some touchup paint and a quick tutorial on how I could work on any chips that need to be fixed elsewhere.
I was blown away by the service I was provided. They went above and beyond. I have plenty more work to be done to my vehicle and I will be sure to return. I cant recommend them enough.”

“Brought my Toyota 4runner in for a steering and suspension inspection it made a really loud creaking noise when driving so I booked a appointment paid the fee for them to do the inspection and not only did I leave with peace at mind I left with my truck not creaking ! So Immediately set a appointment up for the one day I had off and with the list of problems they found on my truck they serviced it the day of the appointment and my car has never ran better ! If your looking for fair and honest people and skilled mechanics this is definitely the place to come to don't think twice !”
“I recently swapped my cluster to a 1995 SR5 cluster, but the odometer and mileage were not working properly. I brought it in and the owner gave me a very fair quote for the repair. The job only took about two hours, and they got everything working perfectly.
You can tell these guys really know what they’re doing — they’ve been in the business for a long time and it shows in their work. Great customer service, honest pricing, and overall a very smooth experience. I would definitely recommend them and will be coming back for future work.”

It is because some cars are programmed to keep the wheels on the same spot due to Sensor but the guy put it on the wrong side. Which made my sensor reading inaccurate.but overall it was a good experience and pretty straightforward.”

“Kirsty at the front desk honestly rebuilt, transmissions, too, which I was shocked at, but she’s been there 35 years. I investigated this company a lot before I had My Transmission pretty much totally rebuilt. They were local company. I could’ve got a rebuilt transmission much less, but they would have to ship it and I would have to install it and I didn’t want to go through that. Honestly, would’ve been a little bit more money if I did that. But they did rebuild my transmission. I thought I had a problem with it. I did everything executed everything exactly as the warranty. And again, Christie was very nice about making this happen because I was rushing to Las Vegas to see my children before Christmas. She found me a place in Idaho that would give me my 500 mile warranty. I had a problem and I thought it was the transmission because it was banging very hard and when I took it back to them under the warranty. They were very nice we drove around and he said it was a misfire on cylinder 1 Five and eight. Everything in the transmission was working perfectly, so I would absolutely recommend them”
“I was recommended to brunos auto repair through a friend who's vehicle crapped on him on the freeway, so he was desperate for repair , from the jump their conducted a diagnosis and didn't try to upsell him on things he didn't need. My buddy is a tough customer and was very pleased with their customer service and their work. Had the vehicle running in a timely manner. My issue was my car battery which i did a self diagnosis , which i came to the conclusion my starter was acting up. Mind you i can still drive my vehicle and it runs just fine but sometimes has a slow crank After running their test they found nothing wrong with my vehicle and said they tighten down my battery. Other experience with mechanic shops will try to rob you blind. I was very pleased with their honesty And knew that I had to give them a good review and would recommend them to anyone looking to get an honest quote and good work on their vehicle.”

“Took my 2018 civic sport 6 speed in for a flywheel and clutch upgrade. The staff was friendly and willing to answer any of the questions I had. I briefly met the owner, Rich and he seemed like nice dude. I compared install prices against 4 other shops in the area and Rich’s price was the most competitive. The new clutch and flywheel are awesome, no chatter, judder or weird noises after the install. I didn’t buy the parts from Rich but they were willing to still install with no grief about not buying it from them. I will definitely be back for any work on my civic.”

“5/5, highly recommend, this will be my go-to shop!!I brought my 07 Honda Civic to this shop because I had a leaky sunroof and windshield. The owner, Mark, and front office person, Bethany, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They kept me very well informed of the procedures they were doing, let me know what the "must do" vs "can do later" fixes were, and were very clear about costs of things. Also, there was absolutely NONE of that cliché "you're a woman in an auto shop, so I'll talk down to you or make you feel less than" stuff. (That may seem like a small thing, but women will tell you it's a big deal.)I picked up my car yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled with the work. They even found a couple of things the previous owner had left behind under the seats that I had missed (purchased about 16 months ago)! I plan to take my car back when their seasonal detail shop is open, and my partner will be bringing their car in for some tune-up work. Mark & Co have a "our customers are honest, hardworking folks, so we're gonna do right by them" mentality, and it clearly shows in how they talk with folks and the work they do.”

“I was in a pinch and needed a tire mounted to the rim. All places I called would not mount the tire unless I purchased a tire at their establishment. South Bound did it without hesitation.'They had it mounted in less that 20 min. The staff is fantastic, great customer service. Definitely going to purchase my next motorcycle from them.
