“I'm so impressed with McCabe's service and organization. I had an unexpected breakdown while driving over a weekend, and did the after hours drop-off option via tow. The next business day, I received a check-in call in the morning to touch base. Eventually it was found my fuel injection coils & spark plugs were bad.
What impressed me most (I guess other than the professional, approachable staff & mechanics) was the transperency of the work being done, and the clear, formatted record of future maintenance suggestions sorted by priority. No other automotive shop has ever offered me that kind of straight forward documentation. I was in and out in less than 30 mins, for a super reasonable cost. We are new to the area and hadn't yet found a go-to place for our cars - now we know who we can trust. Also, the women working at the front are lovely, and the waiting room is cozy, clean, with good WiFi. Best experience I've had anywhere. Thank you!”

He crossed the street multiple times with equipment to diagnose and switch the battery out, all with a great attitude despite the cold weather and less than ideal workspace. Pretty much saved my day.
