So, for going here all these years and observing the interactions of the personnel, I have seen that they treat each other like family and treat the customers in the same manner. “Today I had a superior customer service experience at Navy Federal credit Union thanks to Miss Arlene, personal banking officer. She knows her stuff inside out, and was able to tell us the best rates on the certificates of deposit. Additionally, this credit union has a very large and spacious lobby. The folks are very friendly, and the lines move fast. Privacy is of their at most concerned. They have instituted checks and balances to make sure that hackers cannot get into your personal banking. I love them.”
“The Chase banks in Pierce County work well together to jointly solve customer needs. If a given branch cannot address your immediate needs they are happy to coordinate with other branches that can and provide a level of service seldom seen outside premier status at other institutions.”
“Ive been at this branch several times and every single time I have been treated with amazing customer service. This review is over due but in my experience when I go inside its because I cant use the ATM machine for what I need or need additional help. I stopped by today (2/4/26) at 2:34pm and dont remember the tellers name but she was the middle one out of the three. She was helpful, very customer service oriented and the reason why I like banking with WF.”
