The teller was very pleasant and accommodating, even though, I was a zero profit customer. Consistency in customer service is sure tale sign of overall branch management. My rating reflects a positive experience but since not so substantive, I reserve the last star until I transact some more meaningful business there.”

But also they did follow through with their promise and giving us that promotional referral bonus of about $100. It's not a crazy amount of money but it's really nice that I didn't have to fight and argue and be on hold for 2 hours just to get. It just showed up in my account today which left me with a very warm feeling. Very excited to be doing business with this company for the next 10 years at least.”
