“I had a great experience opening my bank account with Romana. The process was smooth, quick, and straightforward. The staff were welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was easy to understand. Excellent customer service and a great first impression. Highly recommended!”

“The staff at FFNWB in University Place are simply excellent to work with. No matter how insignificant my question, the answers always come timely and they make me feel like they have all the time in the world for me. It is banking the way it used to be. Aimee knows me and my needs and does everything she can to help me.”

“It's taken me a year and half to finally write this review, it's been on my list of things to do for that long. I don't know if he even still works here, but a big shout out to Jeremy Kayo who opened a new business banking account for me. He was so friendly and helpful and you could tell he truly enjoys what he does. I don't live in the area anymore so I never got back to that branch, but Jeremy was great and if he's still there, I hope you get to work with him!”

“I can't say enough about how much I love BECU. They have never once screwed up my account, been disrespectful nor charged me a penny. I don't understand why others still use banks. Update [July 13th, 2026]. Chris W. helped me for 5 solid hours, today, refinance my vehicle and also get a personal line of credit. I saved a ton of money on my van and now can get some stuff done I needed to. He's amazingly patient and explained everything in a way I understood. I've been praying for the help this institution was creative enough to figure out a way to give me. Thanks, friends.”

“On this visit I needed a notary for some legal documents. Associate Personal Banker Elidia Ferreti was the person who helped me. I was a walk in, though I should have made an appointment. Despite this Elidia welcomed me with a very friendly attitude, was professional and got this task done quickly so I could continue my day. Thank you Elidia!”
