“I was finding components I needed for a home karaoke system and one of the floor employees, Courtney I think, helped me. She was exceptional! Quick with finding the right microphones I wanted and even helped me search for a cable my sound bar was missing. I had to talk to her about joining the Best Buy team as I was very interested in applying for a job there just based on her enthusiasm and how she talked about how good her team was. So they explained how to apply. I took up a lot of their time but all the staff were very friendly.”
“I stopped in to purchase a new charger for my computer. Max went above and beyond calling around and tracking down the right store for me to purchase said charger at. Further, he gave me thorough directions on how to get to that store without having to drive on the freeway. It was refreshing to have a person go above and beyond simply out of kindness rather than self-gain - almost felt like the "good old days". Thank you Max!”

My MacBook Air was so badly damaged, and I was desperate to transfer my data from the old one to the new one because I had an assignment due that night. She is a true lifesaver. She diagnosed the problem immediately and brought out all the gadgets for saving my data. Honestly, Nate, the manager, and every single interaction from the team members were also perfect, professional, and polite. They even wait and let me stay in the store past their closing time until my data transfer is fully complete.”
