“I brought my computer in today with some hardware issues that came out of nowhere. Derek was very quick to diagnose what the issue may be, and let me know what the next steps are. I'll definitely be coming back if I run into any more trouble.”

“Masiq (I hope I spelled it right) was very knowledgeable and gave me a recommendation that saved me both time and money. When I wanted to see one of the computers displayed he was happy to show me its functionality. He was very kind and attentive and I was very appreciative.”

“I originally met the crew at PC Techs & Parts in 2003 after I'd been told by a big box store my computer was full of viruses. The looked my computer over and discovered it was a hardware problem, gave me a few very reasonable options for repair, guaranteed their work and my system at the time was completely restored and I was amazed at how easy and accommodating they were to deal with!! Since 2003, I've refereed PC Tachs & Parts to numerous people and WIll continue to do so for the rest of my life! They really are a ONE STOP Shop!!”

“I stopped in to purchase a new charger for my computer. Max went above and beyond calling around and tracking down the right store for me to purchase said charger at. Further, he gave me thorough directions on how to get to that store without having to drive on the freeway. It was refreshing to have a person go above and beyond simply out of kindness rather than self-gain - almost felt like the "good old days". Thank you Max!”

“Solid place to visit. Stopped in for a gaming PC, paid and left. Had the PC delivered to my door less than 3 hours later. (Delivery was only due to me being a first time customer, otherwise you can pick it up and go) Definitely recommend.”

“I was finding components I needed for a home karaoke system and one of the floor employees, Courtney I think, helped me. She was exceptional! Quick with finding the right microphones I wanted and even helped me search for a cable my sound bar was missing. I had to talk to her about joining the Best Buy team as I was very interested in applying for a job there just based on her enthusiasm and how she talked about how good her team was. So they explained how to apply. I took up a lot of their time but all the staff were very friendly.”

“I had a GREAT!! experience here, don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. I decided to buy the new iPhone 18 pro max, and had a pickup window. I got there early to a huge line, 30+ and explained to the staff I’m physically disabled, I was able to sit down rather than stand in line and possibly fall. It’s a popular shop, the Apple staff member greeted me kindly with a hand shake, and said she would be assisting me today. Explained all the new features, and how to transfer data to the new phone. Will be back for sure. Thank you.”
