“I have not been in A Marshalls in a very long time. But it was nice to be greeted by a Marshalls employee who happened to be smiling ?while addressing me with respect And kindness. seemed to be enjoying the time they spent interacting with customers and not attempting to embarrass me and not jumping to odd conclusions that I was streeling from them (even though I just walked in the store. Believe it or not It has happened to me at another store. ?(Will not state the name until I upload my proof!?) disrespecting everyone from me, them, everyone in ?earshot and ?️eyesight. So I believe a heart felt? thank you is in order so? THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ? for making me feel welcome. Too bad I couldn't find anything I liked. ????”
“Albert treated me with so much kindness and consideration, felt so comfortable. No upselling just genuinely cares that you like what you buy. I had my kids with me and he treated them like a million bucks. Will definitely return, specifically because of the level of care and attention to detail I was shown.”
“It is a great place to treasure hunt and other customers make it entertaining when the try to take the cart out th3 door when it has the pole on it to prevent that and she continues to try even with an employee trying to get her to stop. The security/loss prevention guard had to actually go over and tell her while trying to get the cart from her. She had paid for everything at least ??”

“Wonderful employees and a nice store when customers aren't throwing everything everywhere and stealing stuff. It seems like a lot of people don't realize that many of the employees in there are online store shoppers and do not need to help customers or jump through millions of hoops just to satisfy one customer. Employees with carts to take online orders have the main objective of fulfilling online orders on time, not you! These people work long hours and it seems like customers are the rudest and feel entitled to run them to the ground, and are doing their absolute best as HUMANS and employees to do their job and get paid.”
“I had a problem locating the pickup parking spots. I blame the poor signage. Apparently if I had entered this store lot from a particular entrance I would not have been able to miss the pickup spaces. I entered from the Garden Center end of the store and never saw the HUGE sign for pickup parking.?”
“This store is very clean, and the two women who were working were very attentive and kind. Although this location is much smaller then the one in Federal way it's still jam packed with a little bit of everything. ☺️”
