“Joe at the Valley store was fantastic. The shifter on my tri bike was very stiff. It hurt my wrist to use it.I brought my trainer in and set my bike up so I could show Joe the problem. He worked with me for about an hour. He ended up switching the shifter with another one. It magically works now. Very smooth.I really appreciate the time Joe took with me to fix the problem. I’ve ridden my about 5 hours since and the bike rides great.Thank you.”
