“We’ve been going to NW Automotive (Pines) for over a decade. Jim is always honest, hard-working and Fair. His staff always addresses our issues in a timely manner and communication is great! You can trust this Mechanic Shop. Highly recommend!”
“The team was great! They were efficient and communicated well. They didn’t try to up sell me with unnecessary things, but also provided options for extra services that would be good for my cat.”
“Exemplary Tire Store. Jacob has guided
me to the perfect Tires & Wheels for all
of my vehicles over the years. Jacob is
a wealth of knowledge and his honesty,
dedication & integrity are very much appreciated. Save yourselves a lot of time going here and there. Simply put, purchase all your Tires and Wheels at LES SCHWAB
15915 E. Sprague Ave 99037 and ask for Jacob! A very wise decision indeed!”
“The folks at this shop were all very polite and friendly, and when there was a slight hiccup, they fixed it without any hesitation! And when I say hiccup it was nothing to do the the repairs, it was just a timing issue.
Awesome job guys thanks!”
“Best place to bring a troubled car in Spokane! Best customer service, honest and practical diagnosis, and prices i have ever experienced. Went to multiple mechanics and Clark's on Sprague helped me out the most in every way.”
“Came in not by choice, they dropped everything to get us back on the road ASAP. That's why we're Tire-Rama people, and our was very nice to find this location was great too.”
“Today I went to tire Rama because my tire had a slow leak, but come to find out that I had a screw in my tire in the rim so it had to be replaced. I have an all wheel drive car so I had to replace all 4. Tire Rama went above and beyond to help me stay within my budget. They always take such great care of my vehicles. I recommend them completely!! Also got an oil change. I will definitely continue to be a customer there!”

“I've always had great relations with this shop. I've been coming in for over 5 years I think. I've had everything from basic oil changes to complete repairs and had developed a great relationship with the people that work here. Always nice and friendly. Would explain what was needed and options to handle it. More recently I had my radiator repaired. I dropped the car off without notice which is not a favorable situation. They have always taken care of me nomatter my situation. As they did this time. I want everyone at Tire-Rama to know that I really appreciate them and the work they do. I'm happy with my radiator repairs and hope they can help me with my next issue, whatever it may be.”
