“Hadn't gone into Big Lots in years, now I see why. Their prices have gone way up and their selections, way down.The store is large, fairly orderly & clean and offered a lot of home decor items. Something I'm not into.The service was friendly. The cashier smiled and greeted us immediately, which did not go unnoticed or unappreciated.I'd recommend this Big Lots as they just might have what you're looking for. Just for the service alone, I'd go back.”

“I work there and most associates are really helpful.but if you want assistance from anything higher good luck. Safety is third to last place . Honestly you might wonder how the store opens . But install the Walmart app. You're going to need it”

“I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. It was ready and then I had to wait to speak with the pharmacist before they would release my medication. It seemed like I had to wait too long but life entails waiting. All were nice and professional.”

“Really love that they have FSA eligible products labeled, it has been extremely helpful. The employees are helpful whenever I need assistance. The only thing I dislike about this store is the new carts, my kid is in the way when she's in the cart so it's hard to see right in front and it seems like one cart maybe is malfunctioning and locking up right as you get out the first set of doors. Happened to me then a guy the next day I went shopping for Christmas gifts. Still a great store.”

“JULY 7, 2023I haven't returned to the Longview Washington Ross Store for several years.Today I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did! ☺I found everything I was looking for and more!Kitchen gadgets and decorative storage, sauces and spices all made it into my cart!The store was clean and well stocked.The three young ladies doing the Cashiering did an EXCELLENT JOB keeping the line moving in a cheerful manner.I was about 25th in line and it didn't take very long for my turn at the checkout counter!I'm definitely going to shop at the Longview Washington Ross Store the next time I'm in town????”
