“These guys were helpful cool and laid back. I had an alternator that I purchased at Advanced Auto Parts who have since bought out carquest. They did not transfer purchases to their computer system so there was going to be an issue but these guys worked it out and honored their lifetime replacement warranty under Advanced Auto. Because of that I will continue to do business with this place they did not have to do that”
“Greg jumped through hoops and barrels to get me brake calipers for my Freightliner Ambulance. There was a subtle difference between front and rear rotors, yet his computer showed the same part number. He contacted someone at a distribution center to sort through their rotors to find the right ones (same part number, same casting, different location for bleeder and brake lines)...... he FOUND IT.... I appreciated it! And all done with a smile on his face.”

Hey managers and corporate, this is the type of worker you want running these places!When we went in for a battery test and replacement, he heard another worker telling my family he would lend us tools to change our battery in 3° weather. Sabino asked what car we had and knew right away it was a simple job. He offered to help out in 3° weather, not to mention the wind chill. This is customer service. Give him a raise???”
