He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable on the products he was selling us. “We were having difficulty accessing our account online to be able to pay our bill. After a half hour phone conversation with an associate at their help center, we were directed to go to the store as they couldn’t help over the phone.Having had long, frustrating experiences with phone company stores before, I was kind of dreading the process. But Phillip greeted us cheerfully as soon as we walked in and was able to get everything transitioned to their updated system quickly and patiently. He answered all of our questions and we were in and out so fast! Thanks Phillip for making the whole thing so painless! We appreciate you!”

“I had a terrible experience with ATT seattle in which they sold me a new iPhone that did not work a day before an international trip. The root cause was an error in how the Seattle store sold the phone rendering it unusable and me without a phone. Dylan did an excellent job describing the issue, getting my old phone re-set up as a stopgap solution and annotating in my account to extend the return window of the unusable phone. Dylan should be promoted, I wish all ATT employees were as capable as him.”
