“Brought in my broken IPhone that I spiked accidentally into the cement floor of a warehouse for a severely damaged screen and ask how screwed I was.
Never fear, Cellairis is here.
I was lucky that I only broke my screen.
Within an hour the nice technician had my screen replaced, cleaned it up, and either repaired or cleaned up my speakers and have it working much better than before I dropped it.
I’m hard of hearing due to a job I had as a young man, and I can actually hear my phone again.
100% recommend looking into this place if your screen is messed up.”

“I just walked out of the store & had to write this asap, because, Brayden, the representative who helped me, was outstanding!!! In helping me solve my problems, he was courteous, professional, yet very friendly & exhibited a world of patience with me. He definitely went far abovre & beyond and I am so appreciative for his help (he resolved all my issues quickly & completely). As I said, he was outstanding and I think he should get a pay raise & a promotion!!!

“I want to specifically and personally thank both Rachel P. and Colton T. at this location for doing absolutely everything in their power to ensure a smooth transition from another carrier to T-Mobile earlier today. While I was activating a new phone as part of a deal, something had gone wrong when they tried to call for help at their support center, which resulted in a lengthy and stressful process for them to sort out while also having to handle unhappy patrons and extended service times. Both of them did everything they could to ensure the best service possible and provided excellent resolutions and made me feel valued, and like joining the carrier was a collaboration, not a contract. As a retail manager, I have to recognize and applaud their professionalism and patience when handling multiple stressful situations at once.”

“I walked in needing a replacement for my five and a half year phone which i purchased at Cricket wireless in Burlington. I walked out a half an hour later , with a brand new samsung galaxy phone , which works so much better than an iphone on every level conceivable.
