“Apartments are great! Moved here from a duplex up north. Maintenance takes care of EVERYTHING. These giys are the best. Shout out to Mark on the maintenance team for helping us out recently with a tricky lighting issue. This place is great! The building is secure, with a grocery store right across the street and on a couple bus lines and down the street from a park and ride and the freeway entrances. Excellent place to live.”

“So far I love the apartments, the reason for the 8 out of 10 reviews is mainly for the outdated appliances that the apartment has. I've had to call maintenance here twice to attempt to solve the issue with the burners of the stove, as a person who enjoys cooking it gets frustrating when it suddenly decides to stop working, overheats on a low setting, or sparks randomly. The fact that it is a stove from 1997 might also be a reason, but who knows I'm not an expert on these things.”

I recently moved into Martha Lake Apartments and the entire leasing experience has been 10/10.
From my first time applying for rent apartment the professionalism and great attitude of the staff specifically Mr. Kim Hales made a stressful move feel incredibly easy also we got a special promotion for the holidays savings advertising.

• The Leasing Process with Sarah Kpa and Alaina Williams was fantastic. They were patient with all my questions about the lease terms and provided a clear, itemized breakdown of all move-in costs. There were no hidden administrative fees or surprises.

• Professionalism: The management team is extremely responsive. Every email I sent during the application process was answered within an hour, which gave me a lot of confidence in how they run the building.

• The Apartment: On move-in day, the unit was spotless. It was clear that they take maintenance seriously and don't cut corners on turnovers.

• Pricing & Value: Given the amenities including Amazon lockers and sauna washing machine and dryer in unit and the level of service, the rent is very fair for the area.
