“We had moved into Novela a year ago with our kids with the thought of being able to take them to the pool and amenities. Unfortunately, the pool had to be closed down halfway through the summer, so we weren't even able to use it with our small children much. Halfway through living there, we got a new property manager, Eric, and he was very good at responding to inquiries and seeing to things very quickly, which we really appreciated! The maintenance gentlemen were also very nice and prompt. The apartments themselves are older but pretty roomy inside for an apartment and they have done some updated finishes inside, but the outside needs some updates which they have said they will be working on those. The parking is probably the most difficult part if you have more than one vehicle, being a smaller property. If you can rent an extra spot, it is a little better, but there are a lot of people that park in random places, which management has been working on and that has been nice.”

“when I moved in, I thought it was nice close to shopping locations, and schools. The girls in the office especially lindsay promoted a down to earth, community environment which sold me. maitenence are respectful, and chill, playground could use work though.”

After they ordered the new unit and it was on site they came by and installed the unit in less then half an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable people.Thank you, Osman and Justin for the good install.”
