The property is well maintained, tucked in a quiet neighborhood behind 92nd street park and surrounded by beautiful trees! Plenty of wildlife to enjoy watching from your balcony/patio! There’s also plenty of areas for you to connect and take a walk through the Big Gulch trails! It’s so quiet and peaceful here! Any maintenance Request, Gary and his crew are on it! They’re amazing!!!”

“Editing my overall review: I submitted a maintenance request and I kid you not, the maintenance tech came by not even 2 hours later. The problem was fixed quickly and he was very kind. Thank you! Original: The main pond is drying up, it's really sad. Nobody cares, not Bozzuto Management nor Intercontinental property owners. Stagnant mud, it's so gross and unhealthy. No response. They don't care about us anymore or the well-being of the wildlife that depend on the pond. I'm so sad. 😞”

“I thought I posted on here when I moved but I completely forgot!My husband and I lived at Carvel from October 2018-2023 and loved every minute of it!We moved to be closer to family since we recently had a daughter but if that wasn't the case we would still be living in Carvel.The matinence team is always so nice and great with communication and the office stuff is the same.We also had a few noise complaints over the 5 years that were taken care of immediately.I see some complaints about parking but if you abide by the rules it's never an issue.I would absolutely recommend this complex!-Kirstie, Sean and Piper Youso”
