The property is well maintained, tucked in a quiet neighborhood behind 92nd street park and surrounded by beautiful trees! Plenty of wildlife to enjoy watching from your balcony/patio! There’s also plenty of areas for you to connect and take a walk through the Big Gulch trails! It’s so quiet and peaceful here! Any maintenance Request, Gary and his crew are on it! They’re amazing!!!”

“I thought I posted on here when I moved but I completely forgot!My husband and I lived at Carvel from October 2018-2023 and loved every minute of it!We moved to be closer to family since we recently had a daughter but if that wasn't the case we would still be living in Carvel.The matinence team is always so nice and great with communication and the office stuff is the same.We also had a few noise complaints over the 5 years that were taken care of immediately.I see some complaints about parking but if you abide by the rules it's never an issue.I would absolutely recommend this complex!-Kirstie, Sean and Piper Youso”

The maintenance crew is excellent, always prompt and reliable.

Best of all, my top-floor apartment with a golf course view is absolutely stunning. If you're looking for a well-managed, scenic, and peaceful place to live, On The Green Apartments is a great choice!”
