After my father's passing, we had many questions about how to notify the bank properly, and my mother feels most comfortable speaking with a person rather than dealing with a phone tree or going online. “The employees here are very nice and helpful! I found a bird with a broken wing and foot in the parking lot next door and needed to take him to a wildlife rehabilitation center. I ran in and asked for a box to transport the bird in. Everyone was really nice and one employee went in the back and got me a box for the bird. I was able to get him to a wildlife rehabilitation center right away. They will release him back in the wild after he heals. I have attached a photo of the species the bird was.”

The move made this my new bank and so far I'm very impressed. Every person I've spoken to in here has been extra nice and very helpful. I'm pretty busy and I try very hard to not be late but I always end up behind. I needed to get a check into an acct so I called them and said I'm a few minutes behind. She was waiting at the door after close! She grabbed my check with a smile! And that wasn't the only time. What other bank would do that?? “This is one of my favorite branches to stop at now I'm not going to lie I did have one guy kind of give me attitude once but to my surprise he called me the next day and apologized, I feel it's safe to say we all have had one of those days , I'm not like a super rich guy but with a few buissness and annoying bank stuff they seem to be pretty nice and willing to help me with the weird ways of my financial needs.”
