“Russell’s Mobile Car Detailing is amazing. Brandon was incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He’s extremely detail‑oriented and took his time, and the results showed — my car looked brand new. I was so impressed that I booked him right away to do my dad’s car and will be having him detail my daughter’s SUV next. I plan to post before and after photos next time. I highly recommend Russell’s Mobile Car Detailing. You’ll be glad you chose them.”

“Great work by this company. I took my 2025 Maverick to them for hard water spot removal that covered the entire front half of the vehicle. It took them 2 days but the water spots are gone and the truck looks NEW!”

“They all seem like great reviews and that is because Henry’s does that great a job. I like the one where they said it was better that when it came from the dealer – and I’d agree! I saw where Henry suggested a before and after photo of their car and wish I had taken some to show you. Our 2005 car was reasonably well taken care of: waxed every year, used Armor all on the dash, vacuumed a few times a year, cleaned the kick panels and door jambs with all-purpose cleaner. But the Northwest has what we all know is “tree needles” and general algae that collects in all the little cracks even when cared for like I shared that I did on my own. So, imagine taking your car to the best detail shop in Bellevue – maybe even to the detailer for the BMW and Lexus dealers – well guess what – you will get that result here in Lynwood. Y para algunos que se hablan espanol les puedo decir: yo quidaba a mi 2005 cocheito bastante bien - pero despues que el tratamiento por Henry’s es come si you lo levaria a un taller de detallado donde la gente in Bellevue lleven sus carros -mejor que nuevo (bueno, digamos, casi mejor 😊)”

“Absolutely awesome customer service definitely coming back!!!! I got my husband an express detail for his birthday and it came out wonderful. He commutes very far for work and spends a ton of time in his car so it feels good to know he will be spending time in a clean car. The outside looks super glossy as well. Thank you guys!!!!!”

“brought my 2014 CLA 250 here for an installation to allow my vehicle to be controlled and tracked via my phone, such as turning it on without the keys and tracking mileage, oil intervals, etc. They did an amazing and professional job. What I really enjoyed was that they did not leave any visible damage to the plastics on my car. Another plus is that they found the little switch that allowed me to control the brightness on my dash that a previous shop lost behind the panel of the steering wheel column, and lastly, these guys are professionals they finished working on my car in like 3 hours! But what I truly liked about this shop is the customer service, and I want to shout out Dan for helping me out throughout the process and for his explanation of the product.”

“Like new again! After reading the reviews, I had very high expectations. After picking up my wife's SUV, they exceeded my expectations! The value of the Executive detail is outstanding. Interior, Exterior, and Engine Bay are immaculate. So many imperfections in the paint that I assumed were just now part of the vehicle simply disappeared. We will have to make this a regular detail at this value. And everyone there is also incredibly nice and helpful! 10 stars for Henrys.”

“I had an excellent experience working with Kris Prasad. His knowledge of speakers, subwoofers, and audio systems is extremely detailed and impressive. He took the time to explain the differences between the various options, how they would perform, and which setup would best fit my needs. What I appreciated most was that Kris wasn’t just trying to make a sale—he made sure I understood what I was purchasing and helped me choose the right equipment for the sound quality and performance I was looking for. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. If you’re looking for speakers, subwoofers, or help putting together a great audio system, I highly recommend asking for Kris Prasad. His expertise and customer service made the entire experience excellent!”

“They saved my car! I bought a used car with some difficult to remedy odors, got a quote, and before my appointment the dealer offered to fix the issue for free. I sadly took them up on it and they doused the vehicle with chemicals and oils which made the clean up so much harder. Despite my issues, NW Auto Salon gave it a go and the odors and chemicals I was reacting to are totally gone. They said to wait until the summer to review because the heat might bring odors back, but my car is still healthy and clean. No odors to speak of. Thank you so much for your high level of detail, your willingness to work kindly and respectfully with a chemically sensitive person and your reasonable setting of expectations. My car is so great now and I’m so grateful for your service. Thank you!!”
