“Tech Security is an outstanding business in so many ways. I took my laptop in without an appointment because it was not working at all. The technician started to work on the repair for me right away and the repair was done within 30 minutes. When I took it home and turned on the computer it wouldn't turn on. I took it back the next day and another technician was able to diagnose the problem- I had not been updating my windows software. She took the time to update my windows 11 software which took 40 minutes. I offered to pay for the service, but she said that I already paid fo the initial service yesterday and there is no need to pay again.

While I was waiting for the Windows update to finish another customer arrived. The technician assessed the possible problems that could be causing her computer to not be working at all. She then shared the pros and cons of fixing the computer versus buying a new computer. Finally, I want to share that the customer's first language was not english, but the technician was so patient and effective when expaining everything in english.
