It was easily solved by taking it in, then them letting me know what fan to order off of Amazon and a quick return appointment to have it installed.I had had the hard drive replaced a few years ago, the laptop is still super fast and has lots of room left so I felt no need to replace it. I was glad to solve it this way. This policy is my most utilized insurance coverage and I've been impressed with their responses.”

Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”

“Austin and the other guy working were really nice I don't think I've ever been to a 7-11 that had workers that were so happy to be there. He even advised the guy in front of me to open the can of monster in store because there was a case delivered to the gas station across the street where they were all flat and didn't make the pssss *crack* noise when they opened, which I think is super awesome. The store was clean and they were stocked properly on just about everything besides large slurpee cups. Also, all flavors of their slurpee were working which is a rare find! I visited on 3/29/22 at 10:50am thank you!”

“The gentlemen cashiering on 4/21 a little after midnight was extremely helpful and courteous. It's refreshing to see people take their job seriously and with pride. I almost never get a cashier who firstly knows how to do anything beyond ringing up items ,secondly does so being pleasant, polite, and overall genuinely helpful. I had to load a prepaid card to pay a bill I had just woke up out of a dead sleep remembering that I needed to pay it asap. And I notoriously have some type of hassle trying to load my card at 7 11 and I wasn't looking forward to it. I was thankfully surprised to find the complete opposite situation. He even reminded me to take my receipt for the transaction which I had been burned before because of. All around excellent customer service. Whomever has this type of person working for them should know they picked a gem!”
