Experience: I walked into the store to check out a pair of speakers, making it clear that I was mainly there to learn more about speakers and might not actually buy anything. Ben still spent a lot of time with me, patiently explaining differences and even demoing much higher-end gear (like the KEF Blades). At no point did I feel any sales pressure.
Price: He managed to get me a better price than any online store for both my speakers and streamer.
Post-sales experience: He was very prompt with replies even after the sale and even added a complimentary set of wires, plugs, and Blu Tack.
In an era dominated by online shopping, very few stores step up their service to justify price differences — Olson’s manages to do both. I was also impressed by the rest of the staff, who were clearly passionate and very helpful.

“I just want to write a review saying that I had an absolutely fantastic experience with specifically a salesman named Ian. He did a great job and did not rush me through all of my questions about business line addition as well as trading in my phone and getting an upgrade for an absolutely great price gave me the top of the line and screen protector, as well as any problem. I ran into first time I’ve ever gotten absolutely everything I wanted and required at a Phone store and didn’t have some reason to complain after I left. He was great and also I wanna make a point to mention that Josh is absolutely fantastic too. “I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”

“Huge thank you to Nate for helping me out today! I came in after my iPhone got stuck during an iOS update, and I was honestly convinced I was going to lose a years worth of unbacked up notes, photos, and other important data. Needless to say, I was pretty stressed. He was able to get my phone updated successfully without losing any of my data, which was an incredible relief. I'm sure fixing iPhone issues for people can sometimes seem like nothing to the employees, but I hope they know how much it meant to me and it made a huge difference. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring Nate was throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this store!”

“This location is quite a good 7-Eleven overall. The options you can choose from in terms of snacks and drinks offer a vide variety of selections and the quality of the drink machines and slurpeees are quite good and well maintained. The employees that work here are great, I’ve only ever seen two and I’ve picked up my own orders, ordered in person MANY times so I know them pretty well overall by now. I’ve also picked up at least 50+ doordash / Uber Eats orders from here. Always quick service and they’re friendly people. My only complaint is that one of them has a lot of noticeable body odor, to the point where his stink can be smelled over the counter and he is very stinky when walking around the store. The location is overall clean inside and decently maintained.”

“711 is always legit unlessuget one of the workers on a high horse but 90% of the time there on point! Also they can cook a pretty good tasting pizza in 3 minutes! I don't know about you but I don't know anybody else that can do that..?? And they got a deal that if you buy a Big gulp with your rewards number you can get it for $0.56.!
