“Ben really knows his stuff and I absolutely recommend his services.
Experience: I walked into the store to check out a pair of speakers, making it clear that I was mainly there to learn more about speakers and might not actually buy anything. Ben still spent a lot of time with me, patiently explaining differences and even demoing much higher-end gear (like the KEF Blades). At no point did I feel any sales pressure.
Price: He managed to get me a better price than any online store for both my speakers and streamer.
Post-sales experience: He was very prompt with replies even after the sale and even added a complimentary set of wires, plugs, and Blu Tack.
In an era dominated by online shopping, very few stores step up their service to justify price differences — Olson’s manages to do both. I was also impressed by the rest of the staff, who were clearly passionate and very helpful.

“Went to the lynnwood location across from big buy and a gentleman by the name of Seth helped me with my broken phone and my upgrade to the S26 Galaxy. He was amazing and I would definitely go back to him if he didn't, or was unsure of the answer. He found out right then. And let me know. Plus the deal on the new phone was fantastic especially with the trade in on my old S24 phone. It is or was their newest phone at the time. I went in about one month ago in July 2026. “My iphone died out of nowhere, and I was having issues getting my new phone set up and icloud problems. I went into the Alderwood Mall store expecting another headache, and instead, was in and out of there in 10min with my phone hooked up and working perfectly. Jasson was super friendly and knowledgeable, and made this by far the best Tmobile experience I've ever had. Please give this man a raise.”
“I serve as a guardian for someone with great memory loss. Staff here really went out of their way to understand and replace her lost phone, even stayed a half hour beyond closing time to make sure we were all set. Their phones are a screaming deal, by the way!”

“I used to work for this company and had service with them for 7 years still strong. HIGHLY recommend .. No contract .. Month to month... Customer Service is phenomenal.Whatever phone you buy you own outright. You can upgrade whenever you want just turn off phone, take out sim, put sim in new phone, turn on and make a call. It associates phone with sim. NEVER take out sim or memory card with phone on .. It will make it corrupted and any pics or files will be lost forever.”

I came in after my iPhone got stuck during an iOS update, and I was honestly convinced I was going to lose a years worth of unbacked up notes, photos, and other important data. Needless to say, I was pretty stressed. He was able to get my phone updated successfully without losing any of my data, which was an incredible relief. I'm sure fixing iPhone issues for people can sometimes seem like nothing to the employees, but I hope they know how much it meant to me and it made a huge difference. “I make true, very honest reviews of places & their bathrooms. I pee a lot and I like clean places. BUT!!!
I've gone to this 7 eleven over 30yrs and never even seen this the bathroom. So I'll just review the store.
My boys and I love going to 7 eleven. It's our favorite snack place. We deuce out of the way to go to a 7 eleven.
This one is clean and well organized, never stinks and the counter guy, Danny, is always in a good mood and a nice guy.
